soloThis is located in the main area of Hauz khas in a peaceful bylane. There is a caretaker who is very friendly and looks after all our needs including making breakfast. Property is slightly old but well maintained. Would recommend it if one wants to stay in that area. No lift so there's a 2 floors climb. With luggage it becomes challenging. Not recommended for anyone who can't climb steps.

The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to the others.

A homely stay

The location was good. The cleanliness, facilities were up to the mark. Property was safe and secure and the food was also good, the only issue I have faced was that the property does not have the elevator so it was a little bit hassle for me. Overall property was good and I will recommend the property.

I went to Serene as a business traveler. Location was easily accessible and the view was beautiful. The major problem i've faced over there was the internet problem, wi-fi facility was not proper that need to be improved. Otherwise, everything was up to the mark, their hospitality was very nice, the staffs were polite and professionally nice. Room was cozy and clean. Property was value for money.

Stayed in Serene for 1 night. Apartment was good. 3 rooms apartment on first floor. Each room with attached washroom was rented separately with common kitchen, dining area and drawing room. Host Mr. Puri is a very nice and soft spoken person. It was nice talking to him on breakfast. Attendant Birender is also nice. Breakfast made by him make me feel at home. Overall nice experience.
