Sea Breeze Residency

Very bad experience, greedy people always asking extra money no water, no cleaning, no blankets, bedding was torn, hard mattresses, mosquito, insects in room, no house keeping, dirty everywhere

The room doesn't have any open windows for ventilation. On the day we visited power went off around 2 30 pm and returned around 5 pm, however there was no power backup. We were asked to step out of the room and sit on the terrace until the power resumed. Basic utilities like water bottle, towel, toiletry kit not provided. Over all it spoiled the entire stay mood. Booked this hotel in the 11th hour due to some booking cancellation in another hotel. There was a lot of noise in the night by other guests. Mosquitos were there. Thankfully the staff gave us mosquito repellent. They have facilities only like in s lodge. It's not a good hotel for family stay.

There are no towels provided and blankets are provided only at so many requests. Rooms are very badly maintained. Geyser is not working. Upon asking reception person is silently smiling and asking us to adjust. Is this for what is paid so much money. I recommend not to opt for this one unless you are in dire need.
