Individual greeny villa. Cleanliness is average. Overall recommended

This site is very wonderful and peaceful the room ambiance is great, air conditioning and bedrooms are top-notch but ventilation is nil, still this villa is very wonderful and top-notch.

The stay was pleasant but hygiene should be there. Proper cleaning needs to be done. The place is so nice and relaxing.

Great experience, good property and ambience. Unexpected good rooms and compounds. Its near to sulthan bathery ksrtc stand, no need to call the staff for any reason. Everything in the villa. Three rooms, one room with ac and every room have tv fan toilets with heater. Kitchen with cooking materials. Villa create with different types of woods with good designs. I will refer to every family to experience the atmosphere here with this price.

*our get in time is 12am we reached there the exact time too and we waited there for one and half hours to get in to the home *there is no electricty when we reached there *there is no water to use toilet and cook food *no one came to fix the electricty problem till 6pm then we fixed it our own one of our member is an electrician this is how they treat a gust on their property very bad experience

Good experience to stay and completely happy with rooms and compund. They maitaining very well. Clean and tidy. Totaly three rooms. Situated 200 meter near bathery ksrtc. One room have ac and fans. Attached toilets tv. Good kitchen, fridge. Its worth for a family.

The rooms are not clean as we seen in pictures. There is only one room where ac is there and that too having issue in bathroom heaters and all. This is not at all suit for families as the house is full of alcohol bottles
