SaffronStays Solasta, Mulshi

The property has severe leakages in bedrooms , kitchen and living room and spider webs all across the furniture and lights. The care taker is nice but the property maintenance is poor. doesn't Seems to be in Luxe category.

The property is very well made and awesome to stay at. Thereare 2 bedrooms and can accomodate more on extra basis. Ideal for family getaway with Bonfires Barbecues and a almost homestyle cook who made delicious food. Pradeep the caretaker is very erll behaved. Just need to understand that because of the remote location from city, everything has to be planned and brough in advance. There is a food menu to choose from and bring anything rlse you like.

The view was good. The place feels like heaven when it rains. The Caretaker is helpful and overall experience is great !!

Solasta by Saffronstays is a wonderful place to stay with superb views. We get wonderful views of the nearby hills and Lake Mulshi. The place was clean with good amenities. The upper deck is also very nice for a group to enjoy games and TV. The food was also very good and tasty, However some customisation could be provided as the number of items were more in the food package. We were not able to finish the items. Definitely recommend this place for the views and cozy ambience.

Stayed at SaffronStays Solasta recently and had a really great experience. The place is super spacious with a modern design and has a very peaceful vibe overall. The views are amazing throughout the day — no matter where you are in the villa, you’re surrounded by greenery and openness. There are lots of cozy sitting areas, but my personal favourite was the upper deck — perfect spot to just sit back and relax. Another highlight was the fish pedicure pond right next to the jhula — such a unique and calming touch, we kept going back there! The swimming pool is huge, clean, and well-maintained. There's also ample parking space which made things convenient for all of us. Food was really good — simple, tasty, and homely. And a big shoutout to Pradeep and the staff — very polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. If you're looking for a quiet, well-kept villa with great service and relaxing spaces, Solasta is definitely worth checking out. Would happily go back again.

While the natural surroundings and hospitality by the caretaker were truly commendable, the overall experience fell short of expectations — especially considering the price point. The villa is significantly overpriced. At this premium rate, one expects a luxurious, 5-star experience, which was clearly lacking. The property does not appear to be well-maintained by the owner. Although the bathroom space is generous, it’s oddly divided into two separate units — one for the toilet and another for the shower — which was inconvenient and poorly designed in my opinion. The quality of food was excellent but again, the pricing was excessive and felt unjustified. There’s also a lack of flexibility when it comes to meal customization, which adds to the disappointment. To sum it up: Yes, you may enjoy the ambience and peaceful surroundings, but the overall value for money is missing. I personally wouldn’t return to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you have crores in your account and you don’t care about the money. At this price, one expects a far smoother and refined experience — and unfortunately, this property does not deliver on that front. But, here is my special mention the caretaker Pradeep Bhalerao, he is gem of a person. 5/5 for him.

Location and staff hospitality is good

Food is homely. Location is fantastic.

We stay very often at all the saffron stay properties because of the homeliness and services they provide! But this time we were not happy with the way we were charged unnecessarily, our maid for my 2 year old was accompanying us like usual but while checkout we were asked to pay extra because she entered the villa! She herself is 14 and is always with us to all the properties, we stayed in same saffronstay yesterday as well but we weren’t charged anything! But completely unprofessional from saffronstay and something we never thought we would face! Plus this place has no vegetarian non vegetarian bifurcation, no utensils are different, no kitchen! We had to travel 40 kms yesterday for our meals to city where we wasted 4 hours of our time! They don’t have speaker to provide if you want to play and chill with your friends in pool! Other than that its good but still they deserve not more than 1 star

Property is good , food was the issue, it was very expensive

I had an amazing experience with my family at Saffronstays Solasta. It is a beautiful villa with a huge pool overlooking the Mulshi dam. The property is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us. The food was provided by the caretaker as requested and although overpriced, was delicious and served hot. The caretaker, Pradeep was a great host and very helpful. Will highly recommend and definitely visit again!

We were two couples with two kids under three years old, and unfortunately, our stay at SaffronStays Solasta was marred by poor maintenance and unacceptable service. The property itself is stunning, but it's clear that it hasn't been well-maintained. Our first day was enjoyable, and we made good use of the pool and the property's amenities. However, our second day was a disaster. The property's glass façade lets in direct sunlight, making it unbearable without air conditioning. However, the caretaker kept switching off main panel main power plug the connections to the AC and fans, leaving us sweltering. When I asked him why, he claimed that the switch had tripped, but it happened multiple times. I checked the switchboard myself and found that only one connection was working. To make matters worse, the backup power wasn't working either, despite being functional the day before. On day one at night the caretaker also kept switching off the lights, despite our requests to keep them on for safety reasons, given the stairs and pond on the property. Our kids were playing, and we needed the lights on to ensure their safety. The cherry on top was the average food quality and the breakfast debacle. We were told that fruits would be available, but on the day, they claimed that the market was closed, and they didn't have any fruits. this experience was woefully inadequate. The lack of mobile range in the area made it difficult for us to lodge a complaint, and it seems like the staff took advantage of this to frustrate us into checking out early. Overall, our experience at SaffronStays Solasta was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend it to others.

Amazing property with beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views! the caretaker pradeep and helper vishnu were so gracious with hosting. This is a must stay if you are with a group - families & friends!

Excellent property in solitude. Location is isolated but not limited on any basic facilities like water etc. Electricity cuts is a bit of problem and apparently the genset was not working and water supply line was also having some issues but it didn't make our experience less wonderful. Infinity pool infront of mulshi dam backwaters is amzing. House arrangment is amazing with inside lotus ponds with fish, indoor plants. Lots of games and books for great time pass. Great hospitality by the caretaker. Good homely food.

Location is excellent but the villa is not clean and hygienic as it should be given it's tariff price. Bedrooms and shower room are also not clean. There were no proper toiletries available. Food is average. Pool is good but it was not clean. Also, the property caretaker and saffron executive is not attentive.

We had a beautiful stay with our friends and family in saffron solesta. The deck view is amazing and we had a very good care taker (pradeep. Very cooperative and polite. I would highly recommend for family/couples/friends this place
