The breakfast was ok , Room service is horrible they won't clean on time . Did not provide dental Kit properly despite asking. Charging separately even for drinking water

hotel is poorly maintained. wifi connection were not working for 2 days in our stay. heater was not working for 1 day at morning. AC was not working properly. staff were not trained and were totally un professional

No toiletries provided. Need to call reception for every small small things.. AC was not working, after complaining also did not provide the solution. Gave unnecessary execuses.

Rooms are old, poorly managed and darker corridors. The magnetic key doesn't work. You need to go to reception every time you step out.

The hotel entrance and restaurant looks attractive. However, the rooms are not clean, the lenin doesn’t look fresh and also the bathroom was not clean.

The stay was overall good.. Food was quite fantastic, but room service and all are slow and reluctant. The location was not very crowded.
