I hada short stay of 18 days. The room and the overall building is new and very clean . The security guard Manas and housekeeping staff Badal are very good at their job , friendly and makes sure the proper maintenance of the property. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

On the onset the property is not at all suitable for families. The occupants are working professionals. There is no provision for food and beverages. On the very second day of the stay a terrible foul smell was coming from outside. While going out we came to know that the sewerage tank had malfunctioned and the all the filth was flowing out on the entrance/exit gate and it was very embarrassing to cross over. This was the condition till we checked out. The room had no extra furniture, not even a stool let forget table. Overall it was a terrible stay.
