Stay was good. For the price of Rs.700 odd its a pretty good rooms. Rooms are spacious above average. Coliving PG. they have a common fridge, washing machines, oven,hot water in the top floor. cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as there was dust on the window side.

I have been visiting this property bi-weekly for the past two months. My first two stays were pleasant, but during my last visit, I was given a ground-floor room, which was less comfortable due to noticeable noise from nearby vehicles and people passing by. Additionally, the door had a gap at the bottom, which allowed insects to enter. I reported this to the caretaker/property manager, who assured me that a quieter, upper-floor room would be arranged for my next visit. I look forward to seeing the improvement.
