Property not maintained properly. Amenities written but not provided

Positive: Place was nice. AC was working good. balcony was nice. Caretaker was avaialble easily. Negative : Amenities which were written were not provided. Like Washing machine was not available. Refrigerator was not working. In the washroom there was no hanger to hang the clothes/Towel. 1 towel was provided and 1 very small towel. actually it was like a napkin which was not good. Cleanliness was not proper. Lift was not at all working. We tried in 2 buildinds but both wer not working. Overall the property was not maintained properly.

Rooms were clean and fine for a short term stay. Necessary amenities were there. Beach was near around 15 minutes walking. Swimming pool was not good. The complimentary breakfast was very bad. There was no network/ wifi available.

Sorry to say. It was not a good stay experience . firstly room were not ready. Given 2 rooms were in different floor. After asking for same floor room. They have given next day. But in 1 room AC was not working. Breakfast served also same every day. Over all not a pleasant stay 😔 Hope next time will get Good. Thanks

I would like to say here that if you book economic rooms online, we have limited economic rooms, so it may be difficult to get on the same floor. deluxe / premium room mostly on the same floor and if available we can promote economic to deluxe without any cost at the 11 hours based on the cases. In case AC does not work or some technical issue on electronic or electrical items mechanics attend immediately or we can change the room.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had informed them in advance about my late check-in, but even then, the room wasn’t ready when I arrived. Basic cleanliness was completely missing — the pillow and blanket were filthy, and only replaced after I specifically complained. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The TV didn’t work, the fan wasn’t functioning, and the TV stand was broken and unsafe. The bathroom was no better, with a dirty basin and a strong unpleasant smell. I had booked my stay including dinner and breakfast, but the owner kept avoiding the topic and only acknowledged it when I showed them the bill. Even then, the food provided was of very poor quality — substandard and barely edible. Clean plates were not available, and I wasn’t even given a single spoon. The overall experience was far below any acceptable standard. Poor service, lack of hygiene, and a careless attitude from the staff. Definitely not recommended — avoid if you care about your comfort and health.
