Resort was not good. We were family. But there was people drinking around and we didnt feel safe. Room was also not clean and no safety.

groupWe changed the room as the room started leaking when it rained. Moreover, the ac was not functioning properly. However, to compensate for the trouble experienced, they gave us free dinner. No doubt, the food was great! when we checked in, we had to request them to get the swimming pool cleaned. On 3rd day, when their swimming pool was filled with dead insects, we had to wait for 2. 5 hours to get that cleaned. Finally, we took the mop and removed the insects. There are continuous electrical fluctuations. The good part of the stay was the scenic beauty of the mountains. Secondly, the food was very good. Staff is polite but very laid back. Lastly, when we requested for cotton and band aid, the staff came with dettol, betadine, cotton and crepe bandage. Excellent gesture! they did not charge the food for my 11 year daughter. Overall, a decent experience but could have been great if they had sufficient manpower to handle issues. The property needs to be maintained very well so that the guests actually enjoy the stay so that they actually relax. We can't relax by waiting for them to solve each issue.

groupNo doubt the location and property is good, but very very poorly maintained. First of all the rooms were not clean, no hygiene maintained. Lot of dust and insects. No soap and toothpaste, despite of reminders given we did not get these items. Food quality is good. Swimming pool not being cleaned. It rained on first day of our stay and complete room was very soon full of water due to multiple leakages. Basically this place needs a lot of maintenance and renovation. Staff is also short and very slow. Felt like total waste of money. Our leaves taken from office were of-no use.

Food was exceptional really Good..and valley view Rooms were good except all..pool tent were in really bad condition and not cleaned..looks like rooms were closed from long time..very limited staff…Delay in getting order at room..pool was not clean..

Very bad experince

Post open the door of room fill like that room was closed from last two three year .... Total - ve energy there We were requested for room change then manager not support as required. @ food servicing is very poor. U have to order food before 2-3 hr. And it's total time wasteging experiance @ only the food quality is good @ to activate Ac and geaser they will come at 1 am midnight .... But still there was issue @ not good for family Bed arrangement like just keep good quality foam on ciment chember ... It's very horable experiance ...

Terrible rooms and service

We booked the apartment and 2 pool side villas. The apartment rooms are not at all good for stay as there was a foul smell from the room. We tried to complaint but no action was taken. The food service was so slow that we have to wait an hour to get orders.

superior ac room, not even rs500 quality. photos and real rooms are very differ. Tv -not available electrical kettle-not available glass-not available grooming set- not available ac remote- not available bathroom hanger- not available bull riding-not available tacktor rides-not available lizard (sarda) was inside the bathroom. Water not came in bathroom but after inform they fix problem afterwards.

Excellent Stay

Location was full of greenary away from city traffic and concrete jungle. Food was tasty and followed by hygiene and safety standards were well followed. Would advise to visit once to Vedi Farm. This was my 2nd trip to the location.

Pathetic service, unclean rooms and washroom.

I went to this hotel with my husband and kids. We had booked this hotel as it was looking pleasant and had a pool for the kids to enjoy. The pool seemed as if it was not cleaned in months, the washroom was in the same condition, and the wooden room floor was making the feet black. This was very unhygienic. And then comes the pathetic room service, we had to wait for nearly 3.5-4 hours for them to deliver 2 bottles of water and the tv remote. The condition was the same with any thing we asked them. We were so fed up and wanted to leave this place first thing in the morning. Never going back there and also not recommending this place to anyone.

I travel-led this weekend with family and friends. But was disappointed. The property is not at all maintained. Small water park was closed. All outdoor amenities broken and closed indoor activity not maintained. Only thing working is swimming pool. Most if the swings are broken or not maintained staff was very helpful. They doing all the level best to serve the guest. Food was good. Overall the farm need maintenance and management t is not at all bothered to loom ir invest.
