Vbrance - Luxury Boutique Hotel Near Niladri Beach

The room was spacious with standard amenities. But the bathroom needs maintenance. There was issue with shower which was broken and flush was not working

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The drainage system was terrible, causing a bad smell and discomfort throughout the stay. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful, showing no sense of responsibility or cooperation. The management was completely unorganized and didn’t care about guest concerns. Overall, poor service, bad attitude, and zero accountability. Definitely not recommended.

Hotel was great and stay was very comfortable and it was very near to Sree Jagannath Temple

1. Extremely poor service. if you order tea at 7 am don't expect before 9 and if you order lunch, expect it at dinner time. 2. Phone in my room wasn't working. it took them 2 days to replace it. 3. Complimentary breakfast cold, unorganised. 4. our balcony opened to a garbage dump, we were promised that we would be provided with an alternate room the next day. Did not happen. 5. Overall a poor experience at a laid back property, unprofessional staff.

vbrance was not a great stay. they had only 5 options for breakfast and no refill of items was available. The room cleaning was questionable. the only thing I liked was that they gave us an extension to checkout for an hour.

The food quality was good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is good. Reception Staff is not co-operative.

The property is good and close to the sea beach. Niladri beach, in particular, is a very clean and beautiful beach nearby and a must visit. The rooms are spacious and the sea view from the room is awesome. The best part of the resort is the food. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The Rooms are good, clean and cosy, the property is well maintained. Washroom well maintained. Good for stay. This place is not sea facing but there are rooms with sea view. Parking is available along with a nice garden. Food quality is good and fresh . Front office is very helpful and responsive. They need to improve response time of food order. There is a considerable delay in taking orders for room as they have a food court in the hotel which is open to all. Other room services like housekeeping etc are prompt. Behaviour of staff are courteous helpful and polite. They will help you if they have the option.

Overall, the property is good. The location is near the sea beach. Niladri beach near the resort is very beautiful. The best part of the resort is the food. The food is excellent here. The staff are very cooperative especially Jyoti, Subhrat and Kunni.

Good and comfortable rooms but got only one sea view room out of two and that too with side sea view also room service takes 20-30mins even for simple dishes

Excellent Property and locations, food extractions ,amenities and services

Nice ambiance and food court is impressive. Rooms are clean and comfortable
