Tree Blanche | Swimming Pool and Restaurant

Booked for family comprising 3 adult and 1 child by paying full price in advance, but gave accommodation for only 2 adult, in which 3 people adjusted and the other one slept on the floor as property owner expressed inability/ helplessness. Locating property was a bit difficult and located down deep in the valley with steep road. Exhaust fan of washroom was not working as a result of which cigarette smoke from nearby room getting into washroom. Food & pool was good.

not provided the room I booked but hotel manager regretted and refunded the difference amount. complimentary breakfast spread is less.

Good room, clean and tidy, good food, nice service. Nice staff. The toilets were clean and staff was responsive

It’s not sanitary enough the telephone is not working and also the room service was very poor but the food and the pool was great

Great experience. Must choose this resort if u want a pleasant atmosphere out of town, i like so much the resort because of delicious food at any time, great pool, good customer service. Overall the area was very calm and quiet

I just visited tree blanche in the previous month, and i was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent-and i would love to visit again

Rooms were good, basic food but that's what you should expect at mountains. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Good experience overall.

once we book this hotel we cannot cancel the booking , you will not get any refund if you need to cancel by any chance , Rooms are ok , but ambience is less , if you are expecting mist you will be disappointed If you are self driving, it will be difficult to reach the location , steep road and if any vehicle comes in opposite direction , RIP for your tyres and Clutch Pool is not maintained, water was not good and they don't on the filter Regarding food , their inhouse restaurant is good if you order but morning complimentary breakfast was not at all good

If you book this hotel, you cannot cancel it, take that in mind and read this review, stay is located in a very steep place, reaching there itself is a task, once you reach, there is nothing for you a normal room and a dirty pool water was very hard and filteration is not proper inhouse restaurant is there and food taste is decent, but the complimentary breakfast was pathetic, even we got insect in the food, after check in you are locked inside this hotel, going back to road is very difficult, i don't suggest this hotel if you are travel-ling with your car

Overall stay was superb and staffs were very helpful and friendly. Additionally they have a pool with good view

Overall a good stay especially the food was amazing. I would recommend this resort. Please drive carefully if you are coming with your own vehicle.

The place and food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was bit very steep and no shops nearby other wise good place to relax.

Good place to stay and enjoy with family, except the steep way to hotel. Swimming pool and food was nice.

Consider this resort only if you own a jeep or similar high wheel vehicles. Roads leads to this resort is a steep downhill road with no proper side protection and no banking of the road. The worst part is that if a vehicle approaches you there is no way to overtake as the road is extremely narrow. Resort is not well maintained. Most of the items inside the rooms are damaged. You must have a medical insurance if you really wanted to get to this place.

Had a 2 day stay at this resort with family. Although the place is near to town the road to property is steep n narrow. If u are not an expert driver your vehicle will suffer. The service was okay. But we didnt get the morning coffee we ordered to our rooms. On both days. Pool is fine. At night till 11pm there was loud music being played from the nearby resorts everyday. Although not their fault. Wouldn't recommend to families looking for a peaceful stay.

Location is very strange and lonely one. It never had a resort feeling. Food and their restaurant is good. Amenities and all we're given mainly on request. Most notably the location is not good because to reach this hotel, need to travel some 1 km vertically that is like after reaching this hotel, we don't feel like going to see places outside because it's heavy task to enter and exit here. All over it's average.

The resort lacks of professionalism. Room and and bathroom hygiene is average. No toiletries like toothpaste and brush. Mats and sheets and room walls have stains. Mats are very dirty. No hot water supply. Path towards resort is too risky for a normal driver.

Property was nice and clean and we enjoyed as a group in the resort with swimming pool and fire camp. Only few things are missing in the property was few playing thing like indoor games and some balls to play in swimming pool would be great to enjoy slot and food was good at morning and dinner.
