Unhygenic and unhealthy..

Worst Experience...

The hotel is located at the main road to Camp Road signal. It was easy to find. The room was spacious and was given a separate bed for the kid. The blanket had a stain on it, room wardrobe doors broken parts are kept intact by cello tape. Wash room bucket kept for taking bath wasn’t usable at all. We just woke up and vacated the room.

Not good. I will not stay there again. It has seen better days long long ago. Water flow in the bath room is far below minimum standard.

The room was horrible, without bath room lock and it makes sound throughout the night in wind. It was a sleepless night for me. Every time i go out i needed assistance from the hotel person to open the room lock as it was broken. Broken and poor wall paints, bathroom bucket and cup was horrible to use. Had a sleepless night atlast.

Worst not comfortable

Worst experience, room provided in 3rd floor but, lift wasn’t working, cleanliness of the room is so pathetic, there are funge over the wall corner, leaky taps, full of dust deposit on the tables unable to close bathroom door

Infra related: rooms were average, corridors were not cleaned, lighting was poor. Some of the tap knobs were damaged. Light switches where not in sync. There is no room service so for aged and ladies it's difficult *staff were very helpful* average comfort for a short stay in a prime location

Wifi was not working staff were ill equipped to handle the issues highlighted was shifted because they had some bulk booking. Unpleasant stay

Rooms were filthy. I would never recommend to anyone. Hotel proximity was good. Very poor maintenance.

Very clean and spacious room, had a comfortable stay. The hotel staff provided good service.

Ac leaking water throught. Checked in evening and by morning there was water on the floor everywhere. Bathroom chocked. Stinking smell in lift.

Not at all satisfied about this hotel No service no room cleaning and also surrounding was very warst With family to stay very terrible 😔

Property location is extremely far from the main city so only choose it if you have any plans in that area. It is situated in a very busy main road and difficult to spot. There was a huge water lorry when i arrived and we completely missed the hotel. The help desk was not answering the call to help us with the navigation. Also there was no parking and we had to find another area to park the car. When we entered the hotel there was a terrible fish smell in the lift. Lobby lights were super dim and there was no sunlight. The images on website show it nice and bright which is completely opposite. The rooms were super close to the lobby and felt no privacy. Room was average. In the heat of chennai, the ac was not working. Only very low fan speed which made it even worse. Room was well lit with sunlight but in the afternoon it just got extremely hot because of this! the bed and sheets had dirty stains. Spare quilt which was placed in the cupboard was even dirtier!

Stayed in the Retreat for 8 nights with family. It was good to have safe stay with almost all amenities. But the issue was absence of food facilities as there was no in-house restaurant in the hotel. But due to availability of nearby eateries, food was to be managed. The behavior of manager Rejen and Ganesh was polite and professional. These all made ourvstay good and safe.

The hotel has a dingy entrance through a lift to the third floor of the building where the hotel rooms are located. Hotel rooms were functional with bed, tv, closet, linen. Rooms were a bit musty and cleanliness could have been better.

Room bed spreads & pillow covers were not changed, it needs to be changed when new guest arrive in a room

hotel is not well maintained and not fit for family. mattress was also not ok very smelly because of kfc and thalapakatti🙏
