I booked suit deluxe room but they given room is different from booking. In booking condition they mentioned mineral water but receptionist say you bought water bottle from outside. here no facilities of drinking water. Washrooms window was broken.. they give extra mattress but but blanket is damaged and hole

Good place for accommodation

better not to stay in this hotel, the caretaker was non-responsive, the cleanliness was pathetic, and the basic thing like a bottle of water was also not provided, the most dangerous part, there was no staircase beside the elevator in case of fire emergency.

There is no receptionist. after reaching the premises, I called in the contact number but didn't picked up. Then the house keeping talked to him and then asked me to call that number again. finally received the call and asked me to wait till 12'O clock. Though I send an early checkin request in Make my Trip portal. The location is just beside the Vasco Da Gama Railway Station. The room quality was average but there was window AC and that is in a corner, not in a suitable position. In addition, the flash was not working in Commode. In addition, the bill received from MMT, it has mentioned that for GST Return, talked to the Hotel and got the invoice. But at the time of checkout, they did not provide any bill, just informed that it was already shared by the portal.

The hotel was the worst I have ever seen. The actual hotel did not match. they were unhelpful. The hotel manager and staff were extremely rude.

The room service is poor, the cleanliness is subpar, and hot water is not provided for bathing. Additionally, the tv has not been recharged.

I have been the continuous visitor of this hotel from last year '24 but still when i had a medical emergency and i had a booking from 29jan'24 to 31jan'24 so that i have requested for refund but the hotelier completely denied. Ridiculous

No one is responsible. No proper ambience at all. Rooms are badly odoured. Wash rooms and hot water is good. No towels and bed sheets provided. Pictures are not real.

It was a nice and cozy stay. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very Near to Vasco railway station.

Very bad experience at the karma plaza, goa. The room and bathroom are badly smelling by drainage, and there are no any windows to get fresh air. Also, their exhaust fan is not working to remove that smell of drainage system. The hotel has only one air freshener for all the rooms. We also heard that the same issue was faced by other guests as well.

The stay was too good rooms were clean staff was good ac was too cool location was awesome it was a very comfortable stay. Infact the best stay.

Rooms are not renovated

It was nice that they let us check in an hour early. Although one of the rooms they provided was significantly smaller than the other, even though we paid the same amount for both the rooms and was supposed to be both deluxe. The tv was not working, they never really provided any kettle that was promised. Although the room was nice and clean. Not much security since no one is in reception like ever. And anyone can come in and go, and i didn’t see any cctv cameras. Overall i’ll say average.

No room service and no one is here for you and i was not able contact hotal staff. Not even one staff of hotel is available. Worst experience of my life.

Facilities were outdated and not properly maintained. No hot water, no proper plug points. Housekeeping should be improved.

Worst stay you could expect from a hotel first there is no marking for you to even find the entrance of hotel after which you ll have to experience broken tiles in your room untidy bed and the washroom
