It was so grate stay of my life, i have never seen this much helpful hotel staff in my life, Mr Tashi was the so helpful and very nice person. He did a lot things for me I cant express in words, I would like to recommend to stay in the hotel and see the humanity, service and Help, as well you will enjoy the holidays.

A great hotel that isn’t in the main town of Leh, its a quaint place with all the comforts of being away from a metro area and any bustling commercial streets.

Nice room ... Value for money ... Location little bit far from market but you can hire a taxi @rs 150 .. Nice breakfast buffet. No fans in room it was little bit hot in afternoon but they provided pedestal fan

It's a beautiful property near shanti stupa, but its still a bit inside and far away from the city, when you are in Leh, you don't quite mind that. It has a beautiful garden with an amazing view, rooms are large and clean. However in area of service, they can do better, don't accept payment by cards, no kettle in the room, limited room service menu etc, but I would still give it a thumbs up, with a little room to improve.

Wastage of money. Nothing was good except the location and room size. There was a broken wooden flooring dirty carpets dirty towels in bathroom. Food was below average. Overpriced and not at all recommended. There are many hotels around in much competitive rate.

Very Friendly and warm Friendly Staff. The Location was perfect (on outskirts of Leh) which is fine if you spend time at the Hotel and need time to acclimatize when you reach. But the Food was not that great... Some of it was okay but overall the Chef lacks exposure on different Cuisine's... For example, Sambar for Idli was more like a Dal for Charla etc. Overall a decent hotel but don't go by the pictures... It is more like a two star neat clean rooms.

If you like to be removed from the hustle of the city, this is a great place to stay with an awesome panoramic view of the mountains and the Shanti Stupa. Breakfast is pretty good at this place and the staff are really friendly and helpful and are able to converse in Hindi and English. The Leh City market is a 20 minute downhill walk and hence the return to the hotel becomes all uphill - suggest that you take a taxi back (Rs 150). Only irritant at this hotel is the lack of an elevator - this makes it hard during the first few days in Leh, especially if you get rooms allotted in the second floor. On the whole an amazing place to stay.

Our room offered amazing view of snapped mountains. Hotel is located far away from the noise. Around 10-15 mins drive from the airport. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and cosy. Would suggest this place to my friends as well.

The Druk is a decently maintained property in a fabulous location. Great views of the stok glacier and the shanti stupa. Located approximately 1. 5 km away from the main market it's within accessible range and yet far enough from the crowd. The staff is ever ready to serve every request with a smile though a bit more proactiveness would help. Food is just average and some local fare could definitely be added to the menu. Overall a comfortable stay in a great location.

Nice hotel to stay, value for money, just near Shanti Stupa and location is very awesome. Good for adventurous people, looking forward to stay next time also, helpful travel desk also. Washroom and rooms are spacious, clean linen and hot water makes the stay comfortable.

The Druk was centrally located and provide good service. My only complaint is that the internet did not always work, but the stars at night were lovely. We had a good breakfast everyday and room service. They even helped us find altitude medication.

So hotel paid high and room is full of dust bathroom water gets choked up all panel of bathroom are broken Door doesn't get closed food has lots of variety but costly Location is good. WiFi is poor Staff is rude and after frequent call they listen

The hotel is pleasant and peaceful. It is a little away from the town/ city centre. The staff is responsive. The food is decent but fixed buffet menu. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The location and layout of the hotel is pretty good. We travelled in May when the temperatures were still pretty low -5 to 9 deg C. There was a lot of trouble with the hot water, the shower cubicle and the neatness and quality of the towels and napkins. The rooms did not have a tea/coffee maker, we had to ask for it, and re-supply of the consumables was always a problem. The breakfast and buffet was always cold. Staff is courteous but these little things need to be looked at when you are paying this much amount for a room/night.
