Honestly i say staffs are too much polite and good. Except little unhygienic, everything is very nice.I can recommend everyone from every parameter whether it is security or behaviour or any type of thing u need to stay in a hotel. Don't be confused by getting lots of negative comment .In reality the hotel is too much good with it's range.

We checked in late. We were provided a room infested with cockroaches, bathroom bucket broken, mugs broken. When I complained, hotel owner shifted the blame for overbooking. The next day, he shifted us to a different room, which was slightly better. Toiletries and towels weren't provided. The bed sheets were torn. The blankets and bedsheet were stained. Pathetic services and horrible experience!!

Toilet flush not operating, daily room not cleaning, no service location is ok food is very bad amenities & services worst

1. Photos do not match with the hotel 2. Name of the hotel is completely different, it is not even super hotel o 3. Room and washroom both were extremely dirty 4. I checked out with in 30 mins 5. Bed, pillow covers were stained 6. Reception staff was not cooperative 7. Lights were not repaired, some of the lights were not working and hence room was gloomy 9. Safety issue as the room could not be locked, stuffs were asking me to leave it like that. 10. Extremely disappointed 11. I had to spend extra 3k to check in to other place.

Helpful staff, cleanliness required at bathroom and other areas inside the room. Kitchen refuse to take orders at morning.

The hotel is under renovation and for that reason maybe some amenities were not working (no toilet flush, no shower, etc. Etc. However the staff were very friendly and me not very finicky adjusted alright.

First of all my suggession is please don't book this hotel. The reason is they asked extra money, and the room service is not at all acceptable. Room is so smell and filthy. All the staff members were expected money. They were rude( the manager behavior is very very rude.

Unhygienic rooms but very close to the city but they charged 400 extra. Didn’t provide any amenities. Do not book that place

Baht hi ghatiya aachran hai hotel ke staff ka manager bhi koi care nahi karta hai khane ka order dene ke baad jab khana lekar aata hai to poise pahle maangta hai coustomer khana khaye ya na khaye paisa pehle chahiye room me towels bhi nahi rakhta hai dhang se safayi bhi hota hai

Over all good in this price but bed is not well clean and water and flash is not working properly area is good

Room wasn’t clean at all. Don’t maintain any hygiene. We had to wait late for check in there were bedbugs in pillowcases. We couldn’t sleep properly. House service was also poor
