The hotel location was the best in Kausani, Food was satisfactory. The room didn't have any balcony plus the furniture was not of the quality you expect in a hotel managed by leisure hotels.For a one night trip it's a pretty decent stay.

The property itself was good, but the staff was uncooperative and often made excuses for even minor issues. For instance, when I requested restroom cleaning before 5 PM, the waiter claimed the cleaner had already left. However, after 5 PM, the manager stated that the cleaner only stays until 5 PM—an obvious contradiction. The food was decent, but the chapatis were shockingly small for ₹25 each. Normally, I eat four chapatis, but even ten of these wouldn’t be enough. Additionally, the washroom taps were were not giving enough water you have to wait long to get filled a mug , further highlighting the lack of maintenance. Overall, while the property has potential, the poor management significantly affects the experience.

Location is best. It is one of the best hotel in kausani. Good food. Good staff behavior. It shows that owner had spent enough money on hotel's look.

Had a nice and pleasant experience of stay in this hotel. The only disadvantage is booking in advance through makemytrip that we were allotted a corner room in the basement -1) despite prior booking 10 days in advance. But still the room was not that bad. The stay was comfortable.

Location is excellent, food is ok amenities and service is also good. The sunrise and the view of the mountain is splendid. October perhaps is a better time visit.

We book 2 premium quality rooms, the window which was there to view the himalayan ranges, was not cleaned, it was very dirty, a lot of insects, flies were inside the room. Food was also very bad, not up to the mark as per room breakfast. Other room where my parents were staying, geyser was not working, toilet shower was leaking, full bathroom was full of water. Even after complaining, they didn't change the room, i want my refund for one room. Pl see the videos and pictures. Location is good, view is good, food is average, good housekeeping is not there, toilet leak was not paid attention and no action taken. Staff had no answer and not ready to refund the amount. We complained same day when checked in, still nothing.

Location was very good. We enjoyed the sun set although cloudy and sun rise. Rooms were neat n clean. We choose the locatio through makemytrip.

We stayed from 25th december to 27th december and opted for himalayan view room with breakfast and dinner and it was a nice decision. Great views of the mountains from the room. Beautiful view. There are only 13 rooms and they have dormitory also for the driver. Staff is good especially narendrajee. Food is very tasty and buffet was not there. U can order anything from the menu and they will give you. Food very very tasty. They provide heater also in the room of good quality. The best thing is bay window in the room. Overall excellent stay. 2 nights are enough to explore kausani. Not more than that. Highly recommended place for leisure travel.

The hotel is located well in the centre of the town but still at a very good calm and quiet place. The staff is very polite, humble and helpful. Early morning himalayan moutain view is totally mesmerizing.

The hotel location is perfect for himalayan view. You can enjoy mountain walk from the hotel and connectivity to near by places is also great. Starscape laboratory is also walking distance. Hotel staff is also nice. Add breakfast in your stay, and get up early to experience the sun rise over the himalayas!
