Silver Ridge Resort

I already lodged complaint that day. I have informed to your customer assistance that the owner of the resort told us that they have no link with MakeMyTrip and did not allow us to stay there. The customer assistant promised us a initiative of refund and a mail from yoir side regarding the mattet. Where is the reply mail from make my trip side?

The rooms are adequately furnished. The location is superb, just beside the forest with tea gardens behind. The resort is quite sprawling. The manager is an elderly man but very disciplined himself. The owner Mr. Jamal Bhowmik had been very helpful. The staff is excellent, particularly Mukul da and Bahadur da. Great value for money. I would recommend the hotel for such families who know how to enjoy holidays remaining within the boundaries of civility.

The hotel is located at a convenient place close to Lataguri gate. It's a budget hotel with average amenities and food. The scenic view from the resort is, however, appreciable. The cost of the rooms is Rs. 930, but Makemytrip had charged us Rs. 1730. I had opted for deluxe rooms. The hotel had informed Makemytrip that only ordinary room was available. Makemytrip didn't care to inform that to me. Now, when we were in trouble there, Makemytrip didn't take up my call and stopped replying to my e-mails. It's my second bitter experience with Makemytrip. I'm a regular traveller and I never had such bad experience with other hotel booking sites I avail.
