Not worth the money

Was pretty confident at MMT value stay. However, got disappointed at the entry into the room itself. Seepage everywhere, walls broken, switchboard coming out of wall, no WIFI, TV not working. The property lists 40+ amenities and was surprised to know that they were all basic items. Toiletries were not provided, and had to make a request. Overall, poor experience. It's not worth the money we are spending for.

My stay at the Shrigo resort was blissful. The surroundings were quite serene, offering a sense of relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dining experience was enjoyable. The biggest advantage was that the resort was at a walkable distance from the bekal fort and at the night of our visit there was a lovely festival too

Property was nice but not painted well. Breakfast in-house would be good and the same has been brought from outside. Room booked for 4 pax but the room provided for only 3 pax and the same we have to adjust to fit 4 pax

The vibe is set with individual small cottages for resort like rooms, nature all around, calm and quiet, just the sounds of birds and peacocks which is nothing to worry, the staffs were very nice, overall it's a fun place to stay while on holiday in kasaragod

I personally don't prefer this location as it's a remote area. also my personal experience is terrible, after traveling 4hrs from mookambika temple we thought to enjoy Bekel fort and depart back the next day. we found this place disgusting, we booked 2 rooms SEA VIEW. (you won't even understand where the sea is) we were guided to the end / corner of the property where stood a hut model construction with tin sheeted roof..as if a temporary construction for workers in construction areas with A/c and bed..😀. The property is very poorly maintained and no proper service. you will feel scared as if you are lucky you might be able to see a snake too. To say about the building, most of the fixtures are loose broken and hanging. Food if you order will be brought from some hotels outside..we didn't like! No GENERATOR. Hence visiting this property unless in a rainy season would be a nightmare. A govt property managed by someone on lease...hence we shouldn't expect more. We had a bitter experience..rooms were far away in the corner with easy access of snakes and insects inside the room as there was full of wild grasses which is not cleared..I did go and expressed my concern to the lady @ reception..she talked and talked with her manager and told they will provide another room as shown but I need to pay 2k more . as I raised my voice she again called up her mngr and made it 1k. its After seeing the pic of the room I booked and paid. I did inform the same to the lady and she asked me for Rs800 instead of 1k. After a long travel with family I was not in a position to fight or argue. hence I paid the 800. later @ night 12.55am power failure occured..we thought there would be a back up..nobody turned up. my child started cry due to the heat inside could not open the window due to the fear of snake and mosquitoes. @ 1.10 I called the reception number the guy told the fact that they don't have a generator nor a power back up 😬...I had to start flipping the newspaper to calm my child from the heat and to make his sleep comfortable. After 35min fan started working...AC did not. Ideal place for bachelor party as after 6pm there would be only 1 person to bother..😃 A big NO to family stay. We were praying for the time to check out and flee from there😃😀

Good experience, nice service the hotel welcomed me warmly. The lobby was inviting. My room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. It was equipped with modern amenities. The service was quick and polite. The hotel offered delicious meals. . The staff was friendly. Bekal fort is one walkable distance bekal beach also very near. My child had a good time at beach. We had a peaceful stay. It made my trip memorable.

familyWe didn't find the shrigo resort facility up to the standards of the it's photos. There were a lot of issues like ac not working, bathroom not so cleaned, and some cockroaches in the room and no hot water in the morning. We couldn't continue with the resort and had to checked out 1 day early. I was with 2 families and this was a very special holiday for us which did not go so memorable due to this experience. Good Stay

Location was great - 5/5. Close to the bekal fort and beach. Both 2 min walk. Rooms are average - 3. 5/5. Some bathroom fittings are missing. Only free cable tv channels were provided initially and we had to struggle to get few more channels. Service levels can be improved 3/5. Breakfast is ordered from outside and served cold.

Beware of unsafe property!

familyThis place is extremely unsafe and unfit for stay. Me and my mother checked in at this so called resort at 6 pm on 28/12/2023. We traveled to kasaragod by train and then took an auto rickshaw to the resort. We did not have a car with us. The men at the resort forced us to let the auto go though we were reluctant to do so before seeing the room. We were led along a dark path through trees to an outhouse sort of place in the farthest remote corner of the property. There was no light outside. The room lacked basic lighting and amenities. The tiles in washroom were broken. It was clear that this was not a room for guests. It was an abandoned room. We went out and discovered that there was a well lit cemented area near the entrance and reception which had all the guest cottages. I had booked seeing those photos. When we challenged the people at the reception, they behaved very rudely and started verbally abusing us. The situation became so frightening that we had to call a cab and shift to a homestay at 9 pm the same evening. Our wish of staying close to the bekal fort turned into a nightmare.

Terrible Stay

Its in afentastic location, but is terribly maintaned. No cleanness and very small room. Electric points are not working. No food. Not worth for the rate

Room was good location also very next to bekal fort. But wifi not working properly. Staff is very polite and helpful we enjoyed our stay.
