Shanbhag Hotel

It was a pleasant stay at shanbhag. room is big, clean. staffs are great, specially Sai and Sunita. definitely gonna stay here next time.

all is well, old is gold hotel, but need some updates and maintainance, good vegetarian restaurant..

They are not giving proper room for double occupancy. Seems to be small room when compared to previous stay. Room contains dust and gets cold & throat infection after stay. During check-in, they didn't keep towels, dentals. They are providing on request basis. For double occupancy, they gave only one towel. Even after request, housekeeping refused to give one more towel. Didn't get complimentary breakfast token, every day i need to inform to restaurant that i have complement breakfast. This made me more uncomfortable. They didn't give complementary water bottle for second day, bases on request and they are giving. I recommended my office to book room in this hotel based on pervious stay. This time, overall, i feel uncomfortable stay in shanbhag samarth

bad stay rooms are not so good not hygiene no proper maintenance… charging for basic water

I had originally booked the room from 14th to 15th december, as i was to reach early, i requested for an early check in, but to my surprise, i was asked to pay rs 800- for the same. I agreed and paid when i checked in at 8:00 am instead of the mandatory 12 noon. But to my utter disbelief, i was asked in the evening what time i would check out? though my booking was valid till next day 11:00 am. Apart from charging me extra over and above the prescribed room rent, they were forcing me to check out early. I then checked out at 7:00pm on 14th itself. I demand a refund of the extra amount charged, which is against the prescribed rate and unwanted demand and behavior the room was also not that good for the rate charged hope my review and complaint will be addressed positively and get me a refund for the rate paid i could have checked into a better hotel

Supply hot water day and night time also. Also keep a hot water kettle in the hotel room. Also beds are not in good condition. Please change the mattress. The staff were good. .

Satay is comfortable and it's good, the only issue is with make my trip booking at a higher price than hotel tariff and ni complimentary breakfast een though make my trip charged higher price

The property is centrally located, metro is near so as to travel to any part of the town. The room is ok, the wash room to be maintained. Otherwise all is happy.

The hotel is at a prime location near punjagutta police station and metro station. Major destinations are at close proximity to the hotel. Hotel rooms met our expectations in our price range.

Worst experience ever staff are not even bothered to take you to room. Locks not working of bathroom and main door. Bathroom was in a very pathetic condition i paid double the price this hotel doesn't deserve the price i paid for. Shaan se bhaag bahoot door bhaag
