Absolutely loved my stay at hotel in nova. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local restaurants, i felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Not suitable to female solo traveller. It's look like another type hotel. Only mens can stay there. Smell in the room is terrible. Washroom is not clean. Emergency i book that hotel cz in the ad it's look good. Sory not possible cz i didn't take that pics

The worst service i visited in 3 nights and 4 days, no one changed the bed sheet and no one cleaned, i informed them on the first day ac cooling not working they are checked but issue not resolved last 3 days without ac cooling stay in hotel and geyser also not working. Waste of money for this hotel booking.

It is the worst stay. They are asking extra money for the stay that we say i paid money through mm t but they said we didn't received any money from mm t if you want room please pay 700. I paid and taken the room. The room is untidy and bedsheets are not washed. Ac is not working.

I am a female there was not even a lock for the door from inside. And asked other roommates to lock it from outside. So bad experience and toilet was very dirty.

As you promote the Hotel In the website, originally it was not anyway similar. I was frustrated after looking at the room. Ac was not working properly, furniture were so old and the bed was not so comfortable. I would never recommend someone the same Hotel In future.
