Guest was booked an ordinary room . Four ordinary room had available at that time was also shown to the guest vide which this one has selected by the customer . Further on reaching at hotel site guest was given an offer to book a deluxe room with AC facility on discount charges and also shown to guest but he was not agreed to. If towel and bed sheet are not upto the satisfactory level guest can complaint and contact with me but he neither complaint nor asked me to change or other amenity requirement . We treat our all guest at top level and daily room cleaning are also ensure for which two special women workers are working . At least he should let me know any observation concurrently and if not updated than he will right to forward his observation. Moreover observation that has come to notice noted for compliance . We will offer guest to visit again will be given a super deluxe room on discount rates .

Thank you sir your feedback. As you know there was no electricity after 10.30 pm and then we started generator till 2.25pm and then it stopped working as diesel was over. We appreciate about your feedback for food but you should have told that to staff at that moment. Sorry the bed is not broken , it's sides was little bit damaged, as strips came out . If it was broken then you won't be able to sleep on it. We will rectify this problem. Thank you sir.
