This place is good only for stay . As per our time check in & check up .This place is in main market.

The rooms are dirty, the pillow cover, blanket bedsheets are not replaced for the new guest. Washroom is dirty as well, the water from above toilet creeps into the lower toilet. No soap, handwash provided either overall a bad stay. Pols dont stay in this hotel, pay a little extra and go for somewhere else

Very terrible experience very cheap hotel very dirty hotel. I don't wanna recommend anyone this hotel again. And i dont wanna book again. They directly enter in our room without our permission

Rooms are very old they was water leakage from slaps, fan was not working, tv was not working, no car parking facility, it is in city centre, but in a very small lane we’re no vehicle will go

First of all i'm saying that is mahabaleshwar is a one of the most beautiful and ancient place of maharashtra infact also india and my moonson experience was so beautiful and memorable with stay hotel sai raj is a good hotel in of the mahabaleshwar hotels i'm so thankful to god that reson i'm coming in and see all mahabaleshwar tourist places it's wonderful experience in my life

Hotel located in central market of mahabaleshwar. It is just a lodging. Rooms are not bad and not to good. Average quality room for 1 or 2 day stay. Bed, fan, tv available. Hot water available between 7 to 9 am.

The ceiling was leaking, the bedsheets were not clean and the room was reeking of a bad smell. There were snails in the bathroom. Hot water was only available via buckets of water.

Services provided was in very much reasonable range. Staff is very cooperative. Without asking they cm to pick up at bus station. Even if anything is not working alternatives were provided.

We are booked hotel on make my trip app and me and my family travel at 27 may 2023 bit at reaching there but hotel phone number not working also google location also fake. We are trying 2 ti 3 hrs but not responding make my trip. And we raised the refund issue they are no response for refund money. Please friends don't booking through make my trip app and also hotel sai raj.

Hotel location was near main market staff r polite hotel owner should maintain the fan n washroom hotel is good for family

Location is slum area, owner is not co operative, fruniure is very old and damage, electrical switches, lump etc are not running condition, no car parking not available, only one tv remote of all hotel room, hotel building are historical and damage, wash is not good, door and window very damage, bad filling and bad experience, no advise any other

2nd bed arranged was terrible, itching all my chest area and back, awake most of night time, have adjust in first bed only to get a remaining night sleep, in morning hot water only enough for one person, remaining people can't use hot water, washroom not clean hygienically and is dirty.

Rooms ache hai, staff bhi thik hai, service is ok, total six rooms hai six tv hai but remote only two hai wohi 2 remote ko idhar udhar nachate hai is iski wajah se thoda irritate hota hai

Hotel is situated in a lane between two roads i.e. Sabane road and Murrey road. Name of board was not visible as it was entirely covered with plastic sheets. Room service was average. Toiletries was not provided. Even soap also was refused. Room was good with sofa, dining table with two chairs and mirror for shaving was available.
