Very small room and bad servic

The room was very small. No view. No service provided. Tv remote was not working. Bottles of water were also not provided and we had to ask for it both both days. Bedsheets and pillow also were not clean at all. There was no room service and cleaning. Only breakfast was nice

coupleDistance is little far from new digha, i would recommend you to please dont book for non ac room. You can go for nearest to sea hotel if you are planning for digha.

picture available in site differs in accrual in terms of rooms, room cleaning was not at all good, even bed sheets not changed due to unavailability as per staffs. Staff behaviour was good. As we have taken foods from hotel only so every time they tried to enhance the food quality, but at very high price. If i need to rate out 5, i will give 2. 5.

Never ever want to visit at-least hotel green gate who doesn't understand basic human necessities and does respect senior citizen. Nor will i visit or recommend anybody to visit this worthless damp room hotel.

I found it through mm t. Where it is listed in a affordable price. Location is good just 500 m from new digha beach. Comfortable stay. The location is good enough 500 m far from new digha beach. The staff's behaviour is professional and good. Means of traveling easily accessible from the hotel. A restaurant facility is available. Family and couple can stay here

I chose a standard ac room, the rooms and washroom was clean and they provided daily cleaning service free. Pros - 1. Clean and tidy 2. Geyser and tv were good 3. Extremely cooperative hotel staff 4. Internet was good 5. Lift service was very good. Cons- 1. Ac not working properly 2. Wifi was frequently getting shut overall nice place to stay and tour. Just beside the amaravati park u can see the scenic beauty and ropeways going up and down all day.
