I had a pleasant stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently near the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food quality was good and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great experience definitely worth recommending!

We had a good experience, the place was good , management was responsive and food was also good. It has pool and indoor activities , grt place to chill with friends and family

this place is for alcoholic persons only. my family could not sleep in night just because a group was drinking alcohol and playing music till 2:30 pm. And management was not taking action. Kindly avoid this place as it is for alcoholic persons only not for peace lovers

I booked this property after connecting with the manager of this stay. He showed us some photos of the expected room. When we got there, it was totally different. Very very small room with almost non existing bathroom and with no ventilation at all. The outside is good though

Location was very convenient to find. There are good restaurants close by. We had booked for breakfast and it was good. Considering the land of coffee. We expected good filter coffee. To our disappointment we got instant coffee. The room could have been larger. Bathroom is also very small. There was constant water leaking. We didn't avail services.

Stay is really good, they need to improve on food. They have really good rooms and good park activities.

The property is very cute and very accessible to the city. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The food was also very poor in quality. Overall a strictly average stay and nowhere close to being worth 6k per night.

Property was good. But need to fix their restroom as there is window in restroom and that connects to other room restroom.

I think this is one of the best stays i ever had within this budget. Our standard room booking was upgraded to cottage. I must say cottage should be first priority of possible, nicely built with woods all over. One thing nobody will miss is the landscaping done in the property. It was like a mini forest but beautiful one. All different kinds of plants, flowers. Where ever possible small mini garden. Even if you run of places to visit in chikmagalur you can spend rest of the day in this property equally relaxing.

The homestay is a very good experience wrt to its location and beauty, though the service has to improve a little bit. They have to really work on the food items.

Home stay location was good. But for getting hot water we need to wait for 1:30 hr the which is very high waiting time. And after one person bath is completed and for next person also we need to wait again for same amount of time which is wasting our time for only to get hot water. And another concern is bed and blanket is getting bad smell and started itching to us now.

Great stay, hotel manager was excellent and polite. Cleanliness and all was good as well. I recommend this stay.

Place was not bad but with minor modifications it could be much better. The bathroom flush and pot is old fashioned needs attention. Windows could be fitted with insect mesh to avoid suffocation. In short all the issues listed by visitors has not been addressed. We stayed for 3 days, breakfast was the same for 2 days. One day we did not eat. Geyser switch is not in our control, so have to request for hotwater everytime. Locaationwise the property i s good, beautiful and wellmaintained outdoors. Room was simple and clean. We paid 3k per day which i thought was a bit high.

The hotel gave us an alternative accommodation at a different property managed by the same owners, coffee paradise resort. Had a great stay. Caretaker mr. Taufiq helped us with all the required arrangements.

Good ambience outside and in room. Nice place to visit and stay. Friendly staff. Parking area is limited but there are some space available outside.
