We stayed at Mayas Hotel, Shantiniketan as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the swimming pool—it was well-maintained and added a refreshing touch to our stay, especially after exploring the town. The food at the hotel was also excellent, freshly prepared and very tasty, making our dining experience memorable. With its combination of cozy rooms, warm hospitality, delicious food, and a lovely pool, Mayas Hotel is an ideal choice for couples seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Shantiniketan. Highly recommended!

Experience was good. The ambience of the place is really nice. The only issue was, we asked for room service during lunch and the food was late by almost 1.5 hours.

swimming pool was under maintenance since last 1 week. no information to us. reception didn't inform even when we r signing the hotel register. during checking we noticed it, confronted bcoz without pool facility this type of hotels r hardly Rs 1000 to 2000 price standards, reception told they have informed MMT but we received no mail/phone/msg from MMT or from MAYAs. not sure whose fault. we refused the stay .Maya refused to return any single % and MMT declres that non refundable. bad experience with MMT (better to book any hotel directly once price is checked from MMT) and worse experience with MAYAs , probably will not go ever in future even if sponsored by somebody, basically an overhyped properties .

Good but so much distance from railway station , I find it by make my trip and the food is really good but little costly

The property is good and the rooms are spacious and ventilated. The staff is also cooperative and helpful. Overall it is good experience.

The location is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Great amenities and the service provided was excellent. The quality of food was also very good. The only issue i faced was that none of the switch boards were working in my room but that issue was soon resolved when complained. Overall it was a great location to visit and the experience is worth the money.

The moment we entered the room we were in awe with it's interior. The room had perfect blend of romance and coziness. It had all basic things one needs in a room. Very clean and hygienic room. Everything was to the mark. It's totally safe here. The staffs here are very kind and helpful ready to provide you service any time you need. Definitely one must try foods of their in house restaurant. It was very delicious and i personally want to visit their in house restaurant again. Bengali thalis is the must have from their wide range of menu.

property is good. but net connection is a problem it's remote so if no personal vehicle reaching will be a task

Pictures are misleading. The rooms are extremely small. Paying per day is an absolute waste of money. Power back is poor. No control on pool facilities. People drink and smoke in the pool. Food is ok. Staff is friendly.

hotel is average good ... but food is too expensive... room is very good... Swimming pool very good But swimming pool night time lights are not On all lights...

It was a nice experience the resort is beautiful but the pool was not clean. The food was average. Hotel staff’s behaviour was good though.

Terrible experience, the room was not ready even at 4:00 o’clock. Missing basic amenities from the room like duvet cover, towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. Employees are untrained. Garbage all around the property

This property is beautiful and well maintained, but far away from bolpur station. Pool is clean and very well maintained. There is a rooftop garden on both sides, very good for spending good time with friends and family. Rooms are well decorated and spacious two things i disliked. 1) we got rooms in third floor. As i have arthritis, it is very difficult for me for up down quite a few times 2) they charge extra 10% for room service, which i have never seen anywhere in my life. So if someone gets top floor and have knee pain and have to go to restaurant at ground floor for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, hope you can understand the pain

Nice and cozy resort with excellent service. Nice bengali food and hotel staffs are very co operative.

Our leisure stay was great. As the property was good, staffs are friendly and accomodative. Food added a great joy as the quality of the food is good.

Rooms are good. Food is very good. Ambience is also great. But if you order your food in room they take extra room service charges.

Their behaviour to guests were just extraordinary, very polite. Their food quality were also awesome. Must try their morning breakfast and veg thaali. Their open terrace on the top floor and arrangements were just top notch.
