I cannot get hot water on the morning.I asked about it reception but nobody takes action immediately.

It was a great experience, In munnar it is difficult to find a hotel with such facilities like in house restaurant, ample parking space and spacious rooms. The staffs were also very friendly. The only thing that the hotel lacks is a lift facility, other than that it's all perfect. I had a pleasant stay, check in and check out was very smooth

Neat and well maintained. But can improve a lot. The lights used inside rooms are all cool white bluish, they should use yellow/warm white lights instead for a better cozy feel - at least the bulbs on sides of the bed. The bathrooms are non smelly and well aerated. Only trouble i had was with some very noisy families making noise in the corridors and interrupting my sleep. The restaurant is not that great and has a low ceiling, food is good.

Not worth for the money paid. Food quality of non veg items requires improvement, staff behaviour were upto mark. Over all rate 5/10. Thank you

This hotel does not give facilities for the money we spent. Recommend this as your last option at munnar.

Rooms are good not adequate man power

Good location, decent ambience, service need to be improved, hot water was not available, tv and telephone were not working

Power facility is average. Ups also not properly worked at night time

The rooms are very clean with properly sanitized and the room service is also good with proper service. The bathrooms have constant hot water facility and the soas and shampoo are changed daily.

hotel will not provide bill

Rooms were ok, but no hot water. No staff to take care of any of your needs. Food is pretty expensive compared to the standard of the hotel. All in all a very bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone, let alone a family

It was a well-appointed room. The response from the staff has been positive. Sims other than bsnl have no range.

Excellent and very pleasant location. Rooms were good and clean. Hotel service was so good and staffs were very polite. Restaurant service is much expected in the same hotel.

Food,services,cleanliness,amenities were all good.The only concern is location which is slightly far from the main city.

We had a pleasant stay and courteous hospitality. Though, food was not upto our expectation, but care and personalised attention has been given to serve better food. The furniture needs upkeep. Importance for own vehicles to be given in parking bay. Powerful buffet is required. In short, a calm and serene atmosphere for short stays is good.

The hotel is located around 6 km from central Munnar, located in a calm area. Auto/Jeep/Car available from central Munnar. The main problem in the location of the hotel is that you won;t get any mobile signal except for BSNL and you need to make calls only from the hotel reception for which they charge 10 Rs per minute (I would recommend that you get a new BSNL sim if you want to be in touch with the rest of the world during your stay in the hotel (as well Munnar). The restaurant is good. Also the hotel has indoor game facility (TT, carom & chess). They have 24 hrs hot water, but u need to keep the tap 5 minutes open to get the hot water.
