Consider for the homestay itself. not the helipa

Clean homestay/hotel cottages with a well maintained garden just next door to the Paradise Resort / TransBharatAviation helipad in upper Phata. Bit difficult to locate. may consider more signages. Nice, friendly and very helpful staff. Specially will remember Prakash who helped with emergency supply of food and allowed us to use the facilities after check out hours due to morning chaos and late return from Kedarnath Heliyatra.

Terrible Stay

Day time frequently power cuts. Staff was not willing to on generator. Staff was not co operative. Rooms was not clean. There is no food option available due to resort is far away. It is very bad experience at resorts. Cost is very high. Do not choose this resort just for near to holi pad. There are many places available for hot water.

Dear guest as per tour review you are angry but pols share the real reason i know there are frequently power cuts at day time but the generator starts within 15 minutes because our hotel is fully depend on internet even the food order are on cloud based software, may be some staff are good but some of them may be not up to mark, as you said about food, our restaurant is in house and it takes 20 minutes to prepare food just after order, as compare the taste of food guests pay happily. Tea 40, parantah 70, maggi 50, and so on are just as compare to the status of our resort and its cold here so geyser took time to water hot. Its not possible that every thing is bad, just have a look on other reviews specially on may 2023. By the way thanks i will look into it thanks

The resort was located at very good place and three helipads are near to this resort i. E. Pinnacle, thumsy and one more best place to stay for kedarnath travellers going through helicopter services

Good room, but rooms could have been maintained slightly better. The property is far from the city and they don't provide food except for fixed time. So in case someone is hungry, there is no option for any food to be available until the stipulated time or one has to go 5 km into the city to get something to eat.
