Kalyan Guest House

The property of Kalyan Guest House looked different in the photos, but when I visited, I found it to be third-class. I could have chosen a much better place instead. There was no water supply, and the door wouldn’t even lock. My experience was extremely poor. I would also request that you do not recommend such a location to anyone else,

Room quality very bad , Wall sealen ki wajah se bekar ho rakhi hai, Booking me room jaisa dikhta hai waisa jane pe room nahi dete hotel wale hamare booking ke price wale room ko direct sell kerke hame bekar sa room de dete hai. majburi me raat katni padti hai. ganda bedsheets, bathroom me pani tapak raha wiring open hai ganda washroom bedsheets blood lage hue mile , Room key tak proper nahi diya thaa. badi mushkil se ek raat gujar paya .

Room was very bad quality Bathroom me tank i se pani continues leakage hota hai, cleaning bilkul bhi nah i hai. Wall pe nami se papdi ban ke paint latak rahe hai. Bister pe bedsheet ganda sa stain lage hue hai. Blanket smell ker hai cold night bade mushkil se gujara hai.

The experience was highly unsatisfactory. The accommodation lacked any ventilation and basic cleanliness. The actual premises did not match with the accommodation shown in the pictures. We would not like to use your services again even for free.

The room provided was not as described in the portfolio of the hotel. No tv, air-cooler was not connectable. The landline provided was not having a connection. No thanks

Food was not served for us

Very bad smell in rooms, rude behaviour, no light back up, small size non comfortable bad. Bed. Extra charge rs 600- took, very terrible. No cleans towels and bedsheets. 1:30hours wastage at the time of check in, they denied to give 2 shets of bed room as shown in room photos, i never faced this type of experience, very disgusting

No water facilities cooler not working dirty room staff behaviour not good we are not satisfied we check out in 2 hr all monet waste

2- bad. Location was good, but hygiene level was zero. Service was not good, answer from reception was not good. Not maintained.

It was worst, i never has such terrible experience i my life, no proper room, no clean bathrooms, proper service not provided, zero amenities.
