poor rooms infrastracture poor no fan working properly washroom window damage geser leakage of water

No amenities & services as shown during booking. No intercom facility in the room. Basic toiletries and towels too were not kept & after several requests going up & down to reception in absence of intercom, finally 2 hours after check-in they provided. water taps leaking continuously

The hotel vip international hotel is shit, the room is worst

very poor service and not entertained our visit and not responding to anything

no proper room and no service at all, do not suggest me such room s going forward

Not very good to stay. Not neet and clean. They are tricking Claint by showing him a photo of the inauguration ten years ago.

Very poor maintenance, not fit to stay. Neither bed, nor taps, nor AC. Eventhough, i booked over online and paid the amount, they could not trace out my booking. I had to wait for 20 minutes

Not higene and but near to the location though which helped me to reach by walk however room is not livable they tried to change to a different room and that's little better than earlier one however not to the common living standards

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean and felt extremely congested. There was poor ventilation, making the space dark and uncomfortable. To make things worse, I was made to wait for nearly an hour before even being allowed to check in. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Most poorly managed property. Rotten furniture, most unhygienic. Food terrible.

Average hotel to stay for a day, not more than that. Bedsheets not clean Window which cannot be closed completely Dust at some places, not cleaned from long Washroom door was totally worn-out due to water Insects in Washroom No blanket provided AC without remote

All was perfect except air conditioner works when I waited 1 hour and no batteries in tv remote and will appreciate desk executive helps in resolving problem fast but these basic amenities should be upto date.

Hotel is situated near Goethe-Institut which is great. Location, staff behavior and hygiene are good. Park street and market are also near from the hotel. Only problem is it's toilet that have broken glass windows.

Its a horrible stay, its a advice to make my trip to blocked this hotel from there website so that no one can't suffer by booking these type of properties. Not even basic facilities are available.

The hotel room was worst in condition. 1. There were plenty of small cockroaches in the hotel washroom. 2.Washroom shower was broken. 3. Hotel restaurant was not in a good condition. There were no lights in the restaurant. 4. Breakfast food was of mediocre quality. Overall the hotel stay experience was not good at all.

The hotel is not well maintained. I changed 3 rooms . First room was not painted and tidy. 2nd room there was water leakage in airconditioner and whole room is filled with water. 3rd room the bathroom was not good. Complimentary breakfast not given. The switch points are very old. Not clean

Very dirty houskeeping, towels and blanket is not cleaned I am giveing 0 star it I have not taken food

hotel, no cleanliness at all. A single water bottle is charged Very very third class buffet breakfast. Totally cold, nothing hot. While booking they show great pics but on ground picture was totally different and smelly. In my room electricity issue could not be resolved for 4 hours. I strongly recommend other customers not to choose VIP INTERNATIONAL Hotel while booking. useless hotel.

It was lovely stay and great service

very poor hotel. food quality was very low. cocroaches were there. Air-condition was not working .fungus mixed water so could not drink. etc. more and more issue with hotel.sofa and bed sheets ware not clean. I request to you nobody stay that hotel
