HOTEL VATIKA ROYAL

very bad experience with this hotel, booked executive room but no lift in hotel , no tv , no complimentary water, no toiletries,I got locked in bathroom because the lock was broken, I was banging through electronic exhaust of bathroom no one was listening i was helpless after 1hour staff came in the corridor and listened me banging then he opened the room with duplicate keys never come to this hotel it is inside the gully, never trust on MakeMyTrip,

No lift no room services like plates and toiletries no Tv , washroom lock was not there inside washroom due to which i got locked inside the washroom and i had to scream and next room member heared and called the staff to unlock the room with the key and they unlocked the washroom,the ventilator of washroom is attached with another room washroom which a security concern,
