I stayed here for three days and was quite unhappy with my experience. The room quality was poor and did not meet expectations. The food was completely tasteless, and even after sharing feedback with the staff, the taste and quality remained the same throughout my stay. Definitely not worth the price.

Realy nice to stay at your hotel like a home feeling with all hotel staff.

The location is ok, but the manpower needs a lot of soft skills.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff behavior was excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. The location and view is also great.

Cleanliness is an issue, food options are very limited

Food service is fairly ok, hygiene inside the room is not good, no mug available in the wash room, instead packet mineral water they have supplied loose filled water bottles, rather than 11am check out, staff informed us to start check out from 10:30am. Staff are wearing proper attire and very casual while talking to guests.

Actually the hotel is good but now some kind of insects are there in hotel which was very annoying and irritating. Everywhere those small tiny insects were falling and giving a bad feel in the hotel room as well in bathroom

Our stay at the royal park ( js foods and hospitality) sonipat was comfortable. The staff were cooperative and gave good service eventho we checked in late at night. The distance to the rajiv gandhi education city is close vicinity making it easy to commute to the various instructions nearby. So i would recommend it to the students and their families for a budget friendly cost effective stay and travel.

Room was okayish but the hygiene was not good, it was dusty, water flow wasn’t good as well. Overall it could have been better as the location is good.

Room was not clean and sanitised. It's my mistake to stay at this hotel and trust mmt for the same. If i will have corona, you will pay for it.

Serivice is good And food served with your taste

The place smelled funny and was being covered with strong odor of fresheners, but how long would it work for. Taps in the washroom were broken. The only good thing was the balcony that looked over at the highway. Because it's a mall, eating options are plenty.

Stayed one day. The room is quite big And spacious And it's close to mall. Many food options just outside The Hotel. It's value for money for stay

Worst room I ever see.

Excellent location and all round view from the room was superb, however the hotel caters only veg food.
