Hotel Thanga Grand

I booked a three-bed seat but they gave me one bed to sleep on the bottom, two beds and one bed to sleep on the bottom with a mattress.

Staff was very good and polite.. Building was old bed and towels should be better.. OK ok for working ppl to stay

For the price I paid, it was good. worth 1 day stay for local work. staff is good, treats you well. room and toilet are clean

Rooms are small and felt odour. They don't have a kitchen facility inhouse, cold breakfast served all day. No value for money.

Roof condition is not good. Washroom have no mirror. Not stool, no hot water facility very small tv and not in good condition, remote also week. Only formality for break fast - too much poor language in problem

Room conditions were terrible, once you see the hotel rooms, you want to go back(anywhere away from this hotel, but they wouldn't return refund for anything. Although staff was helpful which is the only plus point.

The picture and actual place are not the same. Expensive according to the place and ambience not hygienic. I haven't taken any pictures but i expect a discount or cashback. The booking was non refundable otherwise i won't stay there

Quality of rooms are not good, hot water is not coming, no changes of fresh lenins and bedsheets overall not happy with the quality

Poor hospitalities, rooms & washrooms are unhygienic.....food is taste less... In bed insects are moving ... mosquito are flying in the room.... they are not provide food as per menu... its is not Hotel is just a Dharamshala.... we not recommended u to stay there....

The stay was very good. The staff was kind and helpful

I didn’t stay at the place at all after seeing the condition the room was in. Moldy smell, mold growing on the walls.

Rooms very small and not clean worst experience in this hotel no parking facilities. Too expensive food also not good

Worst experience. I had booked for two nights but had to end up my stay for one night and couldn't wait for next morning so that i could run away from this hotel

Nice hotel for employees who have to stay in industrial area and it is near to metro and exhibition hall.

Hotel conditions is very bed. I have no photo. Hotel ki condition dekh ke vaha kon photo lunge sir. Swift ka thikana nahi tha soap mango to d eta hai pani ki bottle nahi diya na shampoo room me. Sigarat ki s mail aati thi bathroom ka darvaza me kadai nahi lagti.

Rooms are not clean. Not a great experience for family stay. Check in process is good, not much confusion.

As it was a 2 star hotel, we didn't expect a lot. The rooms smelled and there was no proper ventilation. But we managed to sleep for the nights. The staff was trying to help but there was nothing to be done as all the rooms were the same. After the first night we decided to not stay any further and move out but cancellation was not possible. And the hotel could not cancel our stay either. Nonetheless we managed our best.

Not good rooms and staff also very bad.

Location of the hotel was excellent as the road leading to the property was well connected. Only issue was of lack of a good restaurant. My son had stomach pain and had diarrhoea after having food at a restaurant near the hotel.

Location wise thanga grand is grand. But the rooms need a repaint and touch up. Loo was clean and good. We didn’t opt for a stay as it’s just a pit stop to freshen up n proceed. At this rate it’s fine for that only and not for a night stay especially with family!
