The photos shown of the homestay were good but in reality it was not that good. It was below average. And the hospitality like cleaning the room and washroom was not good

Hotel surya though just 800m away from the station which makes it very convenient, it is nowhere near to being called a hotel. The staircase to go onto rooms on 1st floor and 2nd floor of the property are metal stairs which are very uncomfortable for the travellers to climb and a fall can cause serious injury. It's basically a house that is converted into a so called hotel by a family and it's mainly the mother and her son who run the place. Rooms do not have ventilation, no soaps in bathrooms, the pipe connected to the sink in bathroom has an open outlet onto the bathoom floor. Also the food facility is provided by again their family member's jain caterers which is a small menu that gets shared on your whstapp. Please don't order from here as the food is too oily and not great to taste. The beds of both non ac and ac rooms will make sounds, the mattresses on the beds are uneven to the extent that you will get a backache or sprain in the neck if you lie on it even for a short while. Overall, hotel surya is not a place where you would want to spend even a day

D grade facilities at the hotel and worse than that was the make my trip customer service. Have raised an issue regarding the booking but no help from make my trip

The room was very small with single beds joined to make double. There was no mirror, table or a chair in the room. Even they failed to maintained a dustbin even after asking for it. The washroom was not cleaned and had chunks of on it. The seat of the pot was broken and no proper drinking water facility. It's not a hotel it's a home turned into hotel with no room service or any assistance.

It was a good stay at hotel surya the location is also nice and mahakal temple is much near. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Comfortable stay.

The hotel word is wrong for this property, its a basic homestay. There is no proper amenities like a table, chair, cupboard or even hooks to hang clotges. The plumbing and drainage system in bathroom is pathetic. Very sad experience.

Room condition is bad bathroom flush is not working bathroom was not clean on the bed there is no bedsheets.
