The location of the hotel is big plus. Especially, if you are planning for Dargah visit. I took the family room and it was in good condition. Only drawback is lack of restaurant, we have to eat outside.

The hotel is very close to the Dargah. Thats probably the only plus point. The room was just about clean. It didn't have any soap etc. in the bathroom. The quilt on the bed looked quite used and unclean

Room is very small and bed is also very small. And not comfortable for famili. No values of your time and money. Very poor service no cleaning staff in hotel. They give as AC room but not comfortable and not certified as they charge for it. Overall service is not good as charges. Overall not good experience.

We have gone to Ajmer to visit kgn sahab's dargah. Hotel was well located but the rooms were very dirty. There was no proper service as we had to wait for 2 hrs after ordering morning tea at 8 am but the tea was served to us by 10 am. Moreover I had booked this hotel online through make my trip but the hotel staff had no clue of the booking as well. Very unprofessional

Service of hotel is not at all good. They handed over the keys of room to me and told me to go in the room. No staff member was there to take me to the room. Pillow was also not given to me. Television quality was worst.

Very bad experience. No card facility, charges paid from 5 am to 11 am are too expensive as compared to other hotels. AC not working. Overall experience is very bad. Not money worth. Makemytrip should look into this as your name will be affected by this.

Location is good. I had booked for 3 bedded but they provided me a bedded room with no extra cost. The room service was very quick. Food is very good. Room and toilet are clean. Staff are cooperative. I recommend this hotel for all. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
