Hotel Sonar Tori

it was a great experience as a guest in Sonar Tori puri hotel .. room is clean and hygienic.supportive staff and house keeping as well. and one thing the food quality of their restaurant is excellent and cheap

The location of the property is very nice place. The necessary items required for daily needs are all available near by. The property is having a restaurant which delivers delicious food in reasonable price. The staffs of the restaurant is very polite and helpful. The hotel management staffs are also very nice. The room maintenance staffs are also very helpful. The room in which we stayed is comfortable and upto the mark. There is nothing to complain against this hotel "SONAR TORI". In future again I will choose to stay here.

Location wise it was a good stay..golden beach is within a few metres..all good bengali restaurants are nearby. But the room's condition is not good with very poor maintenance and cleaning. The staff didn't' change the bedsheet even though they were told many times. The food is tasty but the restaurant is not clean at all.

the property is dirty. you have to ask them to clean the dust from the bed edges and walls. the lamps are broken. ac does not work as you want them to. it's fixed.

location was good. but there was no Wi Fi. Food quality was sub standard. staff behaviour was dissatisfactory.

One of my friend told me about this hotel... it's near to beach and hotel service also There restaurant food is awesome.

The stay was nice. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean too. The AC was not up to the mark but manageable. The staff behaved well and helped wherever required. As a whole a nice and relaxing stay.

The location is great and the food is also value for money but the rooms are average not much clean

Location is very good close to see beach room size is good and clean.staff behavior good, Balcony is not so clean but can be use. Water supplay is slow at 2nd floor. Food tastes good but quantity is less over all good experience like to visit again.

The rooms are very good especially the AC working fine. hotel staff are less carring, they are not cleaning the room at the proper time. The hotel receptionist has a very rude attitude. but hotel restaurant was very good they are well mannered, Foods are very good.

The hotel rooms lacks cleanliness. Like mirrors are dirty. No Bathroom sleepers. So place no lamp is there

Rooms are average. Not so clean. Bathroom is small and smelly. Staffs are well behaved. Near to sea beach.

Worst ever experience. Dirty washroom. Dirty bed and cloths. No cleaning of rooms. Very dirty balcony. Misbehaving staff including manager. Food served in dirty broken vessels. Fake advertisements!

Sonar tori location wise is a good hotel. The property is old but they have renovated some parts of it it seems. The geyser is controlled by them so every-time i needed the geyser i had to call them to switch it on. The restaurant needs more staff as we found only one staff serving at the restaurant and the same staff providing room service so obviously it led to delay. Hotel staff behaviour was good though the restaurant manager was busy watching reels on his mobile phone and took time to respond when we enquired about something while at the restaurant. Food taste was good. Bathroom needs a makeover. Not upto the mark. Overall an average stay.

Nice ambiance and food quality of the restaurant is very good. Staff members are very friendly and cooperative.

Staffs were rude.rooms are shaby, we booked delux but pathetic rooms given. We requested them for an extra hour as our train was late they charged me for half day of 1500rs and food was horrible.
