property location is good however the restaurant and room service is poor. Even while providing the complementary break fast service is too slow..they serve the items very late. Even when something is ordered in room delayed service is there especially wrt restaurant service

average maintenance and reception timing is below average and their is such things are thier to take care in management

Service & bathroom was very very bad. We have stayed their for (04) days from day one we reported for systern is not flushing but thier was no response

Restaurant food is good and so is the basic complementary breakfast, property location is very convenient but facilities like bathroom maintenance, leaky taps, shower cabins, windows and shades needs improvement.

Room is full bad odour, ac is not working, no comb, bathrooms are too small and taps are not working properly, totally it's a waste of money

Service quality is not appreciable, i got to remind multiple times to get things done, they have given room whose washroom not functioning properly. I informed them before check in to hotel, still they haven’t get room ready.

Sitara grand - banjara hills is well located but the rooms are poorly maintained. The food is excellent with a very sumptuous south indian breakfast. Check in & out is very odd. Room service is poor. Overall poor value for money.

The hotel is situated at a prime location and the food is good. But other services were not good. Ac was not working properly. Washroom was messy and water taps did not work properly. There is a foul smell in the elevators and corridors.

"it was a very unpleasant experience. The room was very dirty, and no one came to clean it. The washroom was in a terrible condition; if you ask for a water bottle, it takes 40 minutes to arrive"
