They do not provide the services as promised on your website. unprofessional staff for room service. Intercom not working. I had to struggle even for towel

Not happy at all with our experience. Overall it was kind of a nightmarish situation. We literally were sitting in a dark room for hours due to lack of electricity, the room was unclean and the staff was rude. Very interenstingly i found a staff was was ready to serve but very aggresively, his behaviour was borderline rude. All in all i cann’t reccomend this hotel to anyone in my conciousness. The food was good though, you can order the hotels food from zomato if you want, that way you’ll get good food and good service. Thankyou.

The TV was not working, bed sheet was not clean, bathroom lock was not operative, I had stayed in 311 and called three times to reception but some function of owner was going, so they don't have time to change, i felt like cheated by hotel, MMT you are requested to take care in future

the best hospitality offered by the owner and attendent were very obedient. the best thing was the attached restaurant and homely fooding service.

not provide service, room is dirty pillow cover dirty, bed sheet dirty, damp in wall, room size very small. Staff behaviour not good, food quality not good, like dormitory system.

Hotel is good. Both ac and tv are working. But there is no provision in the washroom for hanging clothes or even the towel. The cistern handles are missing. Over and above they did not provide bill/invoice without which i cannot claim reimbursement from my organisation since this was a business trip. I ordered fried rice and boneless chilli chicken. The fried rice does not taste like fried rice and chilli chicken has a light orange colour and obviously doesn't taste like chilli chicken.

Our room was smelly, dirty bedsheet and toilet, smelly room with flies it's not upto mark. Charges also in higher side especially when this type of service offer.

Hotel is not as per value for money, ac not work and no rectified even after complaining, toilet ceiling is in broken condition. No proper facilities in the room as only thin blanket provided.

Poor staff and poor management. Booked super deluxe room but room was not ready and given another room. My room was pure booked and paid but they make a long bill after discussion they understand

With breakfast booked but not available, they charged even for water, dial-ling from room to restaurant not available, they were not attending the complaints, kately not provided

Rooms and beds were too small for 3 people as we were given. Blankets were torn and dirty. Varieties in breakfast was limited. No water was served on the day of arrival, which was terrible.

Don't expect hygeine even after reminding the same. Don't expect quality food even after complaining about the stale food.

I had booked it for guests at least 2 months back. But when they visited rooms were not clean and dampened everywhere. We even noticed rats there. If they knew guests were coming why didn't they clean up. Terrible experience. I had requested early breakfast which they accepted. But on the day when guests were departing, they refused. It was totally a mess. Terrible experience.

I asked at reception to repair the phone 2 time but they don't give any response. There was no dental kit or soap shampoo available.

I find this hotel good for budget. Easy to locate near by necessary amenities. Good stay, friendly hospitality. I will recommend to book deluxe room it is more spacious.
