had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. There was no water available in the bathroom for a long time, and despite repeated requests, the staff didn’t resolve the issue. On top of that, the AC was not working properly, making it very uncomfortable, especially at night. The staff response was slow, and no proper solution or apology was offered. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel unless basic facilities like water and AC are fixed.
