good service overall and hygienic also the room was spacious and clean. Also it's a good area and the people are helpful

stay was good, hyegenicity was maintained but breakfast was not upto mark.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Shiva. The rooms were super tidy and clean with well equipped all amenities and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was amazing too with very delicious food. Overall the rooms are very nice ☺️ . It is 10/10

The location of hotel is quite right place in the city n also communication system is good to hotel.Food is also good n delicious n all facilities are good in the hotel.All staff are quite helpful n manageable.I am satisfied to stay in this hotel.

Location is excellent. Staff behaviour is good. But they are not having water supply at early morning as guests who have early morning flights or trains may suffer. It's also recommended to have dustbins in waiting area .

I won't rate it Excellent. But will surely give it a 4 star. Nice and humble reception, staff including night guard. Neat n clean room. Clean washroom and above all no strains in washroom which I liked the most. Descent breakfast ready by 8o'clock though not so variety available, but at per for me. Though ½ plate of biriyani is not allowed, but they made it available for me. What more do I want. Good job Hotel Shiva. Will do visit again.

AC sometimes dont work, fridge doesnt work. We have to call someone everyday for room cleaning. Lift doesnt work. Food too expensive. Room so small even after giving more than 3000 per day.

I had a delightful stay at hotel shiva. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel restaurant.
