hotel staff was untrained,each order either towel or brush or anything would take 1 hour to come and above that i would have to call to the reception again and again ,srvice of the hotel was poor,room was very small according to the rate will never again stay in this hotel

the room they gave was very small in size almost 6ft.by 4ft the bed ls like a train berth. after lot of request they changed the room and charged 1200 extra without invoice. Food quality is just edible nothing great about it. i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel receptionist's behaviour is not good, i give him a valid aadhar card of my and my wife but he wanted marriage photos for couple justification, after discussing he said in bihar it is a rule even i stay more than 20 times in bihar but i haven't no idea about this type of rubbish rules due to exam i stay in this hotel otherwise i left it instantly.

The room was given very small. When I complained, said that sir, you have not paid us. Complain to him. Even after deducting the payment two or three times, my helplessness was deliberately taken advantage of. I have not experienced such a poor service till date. It was a very sad and painful night.

It was an awesome feeling to experience a comfortable and plea-sent stay. Very helping staff and surprising to have all the amenities in a such a remote location. I would love to stay there time and again nad feel completely at peace with my friends and family
