Hotel Sandhu Palace

We have booked for Super deluxe room but hotel allotted Deluxe room due to non availability which is not fair practice. Rest services were good. Staff is cooperative.

It was a great stay over there. Nice Service nice food. It was very neat and clean area. I would like to stay again if I come to Jodhpur again.

Location is good property is below average Service and staff if non cooperative

Had a wonderful stay at Sandhu Palace Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A pleasant experience overall, highly recommended!

No geyser facilities no almirah congested rooms

Hotel location is good. There are many nearby restaurants. Facility is also nice. Staff are also co operative.

no water gyser in room & cold water only , in morning also hot water was not available.with me there was senior citizens and it was very frustrating think. room condition was not well, quilt, bed sheet, pillows cover was not in good condition.

not good with udaipur hotel. sandu hotel is spacious and location is good for umed palace. it is neat and clean. this hotel is located in between luxurious society. hotel staff is good and restaurant is also neat and clean.

Good spacious room, well lit, good bench for luggage, TV with sufficient channels, chairs and table for having food or drink, wall fixed table with chair good for writing work or putting other things, more than sufficient no of sockets, very good bathroom, good and tasty food with good room service, polite and helpful staff. You can't expect more than this in this price. In short nice and comfortable place to stay.

Management is good and clean hotel.

I have booked my room for two days. But when I checked in, I was told by the manager that I had only to stay for a day only. When I showed him the booking confirmation, he bluntly told me tht it is mine and MakeMyTrip's problem not his. When I asked him why should I do tomorrow with my senior citizen parents are with me, he told me go where ever you want. Though the problem was sorted out by MakeMyTrip. This hotel is not at all recommended to stay neither with friends nor with families. Next on the second day evening, suddenly the AC stopped working. The room service responded after two calls, then too unable to repair it. Perforce I had to shift my family to other room at late night. Despite these incidents I must complement the good behaviour of the staffs. But don't stay in the hotel. Thank you.

The room was in a good condition, but cleanliness was not up to the mark. The restaurant was the worst experience with very bad food quality, which spoiled the overall experience.

Spacious rooms and helpful staff.Room services was excellent.

Room and toilet were very neat and clean with hot water facility and more feature inside the room to make the stay more comfortable. Airport and Umaid Bhawan Palace are very near by the hotel. Visit can be done by Ola easily.

Good hotel, friendly staff and tasty food though a bit costly big room with balcony and neat washrooms neat beds. Very decent location near to umaid palace. TV is old and the fridge is also old but all the other things are good. Overall a good stay.
