I am still waiting for your response for query Still I did not get any response from your side about GST Bill for my booking which is done legally in your website.Just simply give GST Invoice bill for amount i have booked from the unless i will take this matter to consumer court for not giving GST Invoice Bill.i got call today from your representative telling me that your organization don't have solution and she told me to give GST Refund which is illegal in India.It should be given to Goods and Service Tax Department(i have voice recording also).Simply talk to the Hotel and provide me GST Bill unless I have recording in which your previous representative told me that will provide me the GST Invoice Bill so that is the reason I left the Hotel. And again I am telling you ,if Hotel is not responding to your queries - Refund me the full amount for the booking for the inconvenience and blacklist that hotel , i will close the issue right now - Unless talk to your senior management, and arrange the GST Bill from the Hotel as it is totally your concern as you have provided option to claim GST while booking from your application and you have to bear for it for the problem customer facing with payment . the location of the property is good...just beside Orion mall....rooms are ok kind...our pillow covers were dirty and after 10 requests....they changed it....food is below average

Terrible Stay
Standard rooms were like servant quarter. Not at all happy with the stay. Booked 6 rooms. Hotel issues 6 rooms on 3 different floors. If they didn't had rooms then they should not have issued. Food was terrible. Not at all good stay. Services were very very poor

Check in was smooth but room was very small also there was water logging problem in washroom. And continuously staff was working outside the room i was feeling disturbed due to that

Terrible Stay
The rooms where very stingy and dusty. No soaps or hand wash was kept on bathroom. Very bad stay. It seems rooms were closed for weeks together, when the rooms were opened foul smell emitted and lasted for hours. The rooms were booked in the morning and occupied at 23. 50 hrs and got ample time for cleaning and refreshing the rooms.
