HOTEL PARKLANE

Understood when I reached the hotel that it is closed for the past two months for renovation and u was standing in the road for 30 mts

The hotel rooms are smelly and terrible. Bathroom flush isn't working, staff behaving rudely, didn't provide water bottles, no hot water, no breakfast on time. Zero help to rectify anything requested during the stay

Room was average, there was no geyser in the toiltet. Room service was poor. Restaurant was not up to the mark. Location was good. People at the reception was helpful. Overall experience was average. Not willing to stay there in future.

Unprofessional staff, worst food! behavior not good with customers. All staff are senior citizens shouting in all small things.

Very bad quality of toilet, room hygiene, check out time 9 am is really not acceptable, breakfast quality and timing is also very bad, overall it's not value for the price which we are paying

Location & food was very good, but the staff service was not up to the mark. Located in the heart of city area, very close to metro station

The property is 5mins from secunderabad junction, location is the major advantage to choose this property with decent amenities. I have reached the hotel before the check in time however they offered early check-in without any additional charges. The staff are very polite. Had a very good stay!

Amazing location, proximity to city centre, shopping and restaurants. The rooms can be a little more cleaner for my liking. Good and helpful staff.

115, parklane, secunderabad, hyderabad room is good but have small cocroaches in the room and old rooms

Check in to hotel asked for food, said not available, so we ordered from zomato asked for dishes and bowel but not provided,

No hot water, no tooth paste provided, they are telling but it from out side, no proper response, it is due to room booked in make my trip, they suggested to cancel the room in make my trip and book agin direct in the hotel

Ac was not working water coop is broken toilet flush is broken house keeping given me towel at 11 :40 pm

Need to improve hospitality like rooms lock which damage and bathroom tap, all are leakage condition.

Room conditions pathetic to stay. Will not recommend to anyone. Plz update room pictures as they appear to help customer choose a better hotels.
