Terrible Stay

The hotel location was not as shown on map the hotel was completely deserted when we reached there. Turns out the owner was operating 2 hotels and the premium hotel was their focus area. When we called the customer helpline they transferred our call twice within their team before cutting the call. After checking in somehow there was a malfunctioning geyser in our room. Next day water was not there for 2 hours due to which we had late checkout and almost missed our bus as for our complimentary breakfast we were given 2 blank parantha with watery tea. Worst experience ever with the hotel
