Hotel O Silverkey ,near RTO office kondapur

very poor linen cleaning,there are no extra blankets and bedsheets. room service was very bad ,the room was dirty and no house keeping available.

We have booked hotel through mmt but after going there hotel staff confirmed that there are no rooms and refunded my money back to take other hotel, is this the way how you handle customers?

Cheating by makemytrip i had to pay the discounted amount gov my you and there’s is no bf as shown while booking

No breakfast was provided, the room was filthy, stains all over wall, curtains, linens and on top of that room had cockroaches. Bathroom door didn’t lock, changed room thrice and still all their rooms were shitty. It’s unhygienic and gross.

actual price is different they charge you extra amount that extra charge is not mentioned overall average stay for the price!

The hotel location is nice, super markets, restaurants, malls etc are all nearby. But the hotel service is crap, keep calling them dozens of times to get 1 thing done

Uneducated staff they don't listen what others says.

such a worst property the management is so rude and even they mentioned they won't accept the booking so we need to pay them offline and they start bargaining that they will change the Oyo internal if we wont pay which is extra 500

Worst experience, the help desk guy was rude. If you are reading this review, please stay away from this OYO, even if you booking is confirmed, there is no guarantee that they will check you in. I wish I can give negative -5 as review.

very dirty rooms, dirty pillow covers with bed bugs. also oyo charges extra 893 rs from me. co pkete waste oyo

Me and my friends and other guests almost 20 people had made a booking here and we arrived at 7 am and were told to wait till 12 PM as check in does not start till 12 ( usually in all hotels no problem there) but after waiting for almost 5 hours all of us were informed that our stay was canceled as the whole hotel was sold out ( which could have been told to us earlier rather than making us wait) and when we asked about refund the receptionists refused to answer us and just wanted all of us to call oyo customer service which was not much help no refunds were being made and no hotels were available nearby
