Raj Mahal hotel very bad is there no cleaning and soap and sampoo available in bathroom and bucket and available in bathroom

Location wise it was a good but bathrooms were terrible, they were very dirty and they were unable to provide towels for us as they haven't come from laundry, no ventilation or any windows, if you are coming for short duration ( few hours)it is ok. What about my discount offer for posting review
