Hotel O Priya Residency

The hotel pics and amenities were mentioned and it didn't even have basic hotel things set up. Had a terrible stay and needed to move out after staying overnight

The property was not as per picture, very small congested room and bathroom, no tv, no towel and soap wasnt provided initially etc total experience was very unsatisfied.

The calm atmosphere and kind service made our family trip truly special. We can't wait to return for another visit!

Had done a prepaid booking but again charged rupees more on arrival by hotel. Room and washroom are not same as shown in the picture. No washbasin in the washroom. Smell of smoking coming in the room from corridor. Worst experience.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Although it is rated as a three-star property, the ambiance and overall experience felt far below even a one-star standard. The hygiene was appalling, with staff behaving unprofessionally, including spitting in the rooms. The staff lacked attentiveness, and there was no room service available. Even basic requests, such as water bottles, were ignored. It was an absolutely dreadful stay.

Complimentary water water bottle not provided. Person at the reception could not find my reservation which delayed the check in. Fan was not working. Condition of the room was pathetic

this very best and excellent hotel i have never spend at any hotel in Hyderabad as this hotel very good receptionists very good recievers ..I spend like family there were treated as like a family .i suggest you all pls better stay peaceful hotels as like this . once again iam thankful to oyo priya residency 🙏❤️

It was terrible experience there, rooms were not clean at all, all the rooms they showed were old and washrooms were not clean, there was no remote for ac. Will not recommend this hotel.

Room not cleaned, bed sheets & pellow cover s are dirty. When booking hotel show including breakfast after booking they people dined to provide breakfast.

Very irresponsible, rude staff. Receptionist always talk in phone. He won't care about customers all rooms are very poor condition no cleanness no maintenance

The building itself was at construction and the room was with full of ants and the washroom is the worst

Hotel rooms are very neat but ac and tv is not working in make my trip the details which they have added, in the hotel they are not giving properly so pols kindly requesting that we are keeping so much money for room and amenities so pols keep everything properly thank you.

Also the stay was made better with constant assistance from the staff. An overall nice experience here the overall service and experience was nice. The room was very well-facilitated and clean.
