Hotel Mandawa Haveli

Location of property is near to 4 lane road near Chand pole it has nice parking space and easy connectivity with City fort, Hawa Mahal and Jantar mantar. The rooms were found spacious, neat, and clean. The food was delicious but overpriced. The management team needs to gear up and come a huge way with respect to industry standards, reception found un-managed, and not capable of catter customers properly. Also found a situation where electricity was not available for 5-6 hours.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was absolutely superb and added to the overall relaxing experience. I visited the property to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond—supportive, warm, and even helped with room decoration, which made the day extra special. The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and tasted great. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Very friendly staff. Inquired about upgrading our room and they provided the upgrade free of charge.

We booked same type of room but got different ones (not the one we booked). They gave twin beds without any special request. On questioning, the staff told that as all the rooms are booked, they cannot change our room. Moreover, staff was rude and arrogant.

Beautiful property. The view of the haveli from the courtyard is beautiful. The rooms are spacious & clean.

We have enjoyed our stay at Mandawa Haveli, Nice cozy rooms and courtyard was too good to sit outside and enioy the stargazing at night...

Felt like this was not a value for money. Need to improve electrical controls. Night lamp was found without switch. Finally we removed bulbs to switch it off. Staff shown a switch outside room which was not less than a fun. Upon switching off outside switch, all lights got switched off including washroom. Staff behaviour was found good.

Hotel is located near station and on main road. The staff is sincere and cooperative. some improvements can be implemented in room services.

It is really an over priced old property. Rooms are clean and spacious but washroom toiletries are very old and not working properly.

It is a good heritage property with many downsides to it, the breakfast was not good and didn't have much options for the room charges and breakfast cost applied, the bathtub with the room was broken, there are no additional recreational activities for kids and adults. This place is good for people who want to visit some heritage property. The only good part is that this property is in the heart of the city, so it becomes accessible and easy to visit places nearby within the city. Also the inhouse food and beverage menu is a bit expensive. Overall experience is just okay.

I stayed in standard room there, and room were clean and hotel was good. The best part of the hotel was there nepali staff which was very supportive.

If you want to feel like a prince or princess for a day, then you are looking at right place. This place will take you in the history, with awesome food and very polite staff. You will get aesthetic photos and reels for sure.

Calling it a hotel will be wrong, it’s a haveli turned to hotel. It’s soo beautiful. Money worth spent. When you go to place like Jaipur and get a Haveli stay in experience, that’s just amazing. Room was very beautiful, all the facilities were had mini fridge as well. Lavishing washroom. Being a girl m constantly worried about washroom hygiene but here cleanliness was top notch. I just fell in love with my adobe. The staff was so humble

The stay wasn’t as expected. The property was not up to the expectations or as seen in the photos. The amenities and cleanliness was a big issue. Though the staff was supportive but couldn’t stand up to the mark. The food wasn’t good at the restaurant and was too highly priced.
