Food quality was bad. Also hotel have very congested and closed rooms. There was lot of noise coming from outside areas and other rooms

Hotel mentioned that they have parking and lot of facilities, but when we visit it totally disturbed us. No any parking space. Building are under construction. Very noisy and disturbance place. Very bad location. Dirty surroundings.

Property location is good it's just nearby of amritsar bus stand. Room was nice, but food is just okay. Overall good to stay.

1. Room cleaning was not proper. 2. No towel n slippers provided. 3. Extra item added in ordered dinner during checkout. 4. Old price menu card for food, during checkout come to know about this. 5. The geyser was there but hot water was not coming. 6. One of the staff members don't have manners how to speak with customer during wrong price discussion hr start taunting to us and he was almost to fight at 4:00am.

Food is not good. They gave dirty tawal and didn't like the hotel.

In room there was no privacy neither in bathroom nor in bedroom, the window in bathroom was fully opened with just net installed there and anyone can stare in bathroom from outside the room, also in room the curtains didn't coverup the room window. rooms are in very bad condition and there in unpleasant smell in room, bedsheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty. A big zero , i checked out immediately without staying there, Third class hotel.

Worst experience ever. I did-not checked in as it has very bad stingy fish smell at the reception, even in all bedrooms, corridoors and lift

The manger was kind and the rooms were decent, for the amount i paid they a bit smaller i would say. Cons 1. They kept turning off the ac from reception, idk maybe to save electricity bill 2. No wifi 3. Food was terrible. Still i won't rate it terrible, i would say it was average stay for me because i ordered food from outside, didn't need wifi much but the ac thing gave me trouble
