Hotel landmark

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. This hotel is not safe for families. we only stayed there as a last resort. There were drunk people around in the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel did not have food available even in the evening. Forget about food, they did not take order for a tea at 7 pm in the evening. Room and bathroom was so dirty that we were disgusted to our core and just wanted to sleep through the night and get out at the earliest in the morning. The restaurant only started serving tea at 8.30 am in the morning, they served us ice cold tea. We left immediately after that.

The washroom is very untidy Maintenance is very poor. AC is not at all functioning and the blankets are with insects.

Such a horrible room, for the money paid the rooms not not even 10% worth, dirty reception and lift. Even after requesting they have not provided dental kit I went for a breakfast, there was no buffet, which was fine. Upon order they will serve they said. After waiting for long they said we serve only poori nd aloo curry. When I got poori, it was almost black in color. I went and gave a feedback to reception not to cheat people. I had horrible experience. I never ever use the hotel and never recommend to anyone

Food and location of this property is very good.The rooms are too small, even though they are not printed well. The bed lamp was broken, the lamps were not working, the TV was not working. The mattress was too soft which made it very difficult to sleep. Due to the mismanagement, I was forced to change rooms. The room is not at all suitable for a deluxe room.

Room I stayed was without television but I rarely need this. Rooms are good with geyser, ac with remote. Moverover it is clean. Staff are good and helpful. Foods are excellent as usual in Orisha

rooms are average quality. Old and broken furniture. Too much load shedding. Staff have manners Without knocking they were entering into the room.

Property facilities were very poor, no room AC, room TV, were working adequately. Tea/Coffee/Milk pouches refilling for Room Tea kettle were not performed regularly, although dou ke delux room was book for 7 days for single person. Room service for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner were very poor. No one was answering/replying against food order. In all the 7 days stay was poor.

Close proximity to IIT and NISER. Went on a work trip. Decent stay and maintenance is decent. Food is also average.

HORRIBLE. The hotel room was extremely unhygienic. The bed was infested with ants, seepage on walls, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Staying at this hotel felt risky and unsafe due to the poor cleanliness and lack of proper management. AC and Fans were barely working and was very noisy. Hotel is infront of a road so there was vehicle noise through out day and night.

good for professional and solo use. Not for vacation as not much to explore here and not many shops nearby.

Worst service.

Overall the location is good. Service is worst. They try their best to cheat. For extra bed they tell the charge is Rs. 700. without extra bed for allowing 3rd person with Rs. 500. But by showing the tariff on The reverse side of their visiting card, which shows extra bed cost Rs. 500, they say 500+ GST of 12%. Even then if you question 12% of 500 is 60 and The charge 500-- total 560 . They say Ok, pay 560. If again you ask that you have not mentioned GST on your visiting card, they say Ok, pay 500. Apart from this, the Restaurant service is worst.

The room and the hotel were spotless and hygienic. The staff were so friendly and cooperative. Loved the stay.

I traveled with family for Convocation of my son and sightseeing around. Visited Puri , Konark and Bhubaneswar.

It was good. But it could be better. Price was bit high compared to the amenities provided. Location is certainly near to NISER.

Not disabled friendly. Hotel charged for sleeping arrangement of driver in night. After repeated request, reception, man provided us a electric kettle for preparation of tea in morning. The milk sachet was of expiry date, poor management.

Rooms were not deluxe one. Switch board was broken and there was smell of bathroom.

The bathrooms are bed rooms, and the school surrounding them is noisy. It would be better if they would spray mosquitoes.

Very danger

Location close to iit bhubaneswar parking ok room size and amenities fine. No restaurant/ only room service. Took more than an hour to deliver food to room. However quality of food- decent
